ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/30 R A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and excellent mechanical properties.

SABIC's Specialties Business FLEX NORYL™ WCD891B resin is a flexible, non-reinforced extrudable blend of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE). This material contains non-halogenated flame retardant and performance capable of meeting UL VW-1 requirements, 80C end use temperature rating, and heat deformation performance as defined by UL 1581. FLEX NORYL™ WCD891B resin is intended for evaluation in wire and cable applications in dark colors. It has a Shore A Hardness reading of 89 and exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water absorption, good electric properties, and low specific gravity. Processing is typically conducted on standard extrusion equipment, and UL 1581 testing is conducted on 2.0mm wire with 0.12mm X 20 stranded copper conductor. This resin offers good low temperature (-20 C) ductility in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. LEXAN EXL1112A resin is a product available in wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications.

This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of V1 at 1.5mm along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1 and RTI 110C. NORYL™ SE1GFN1 exhibits high heat resistance, good dielectric strength, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, and very low moisture absorption. This material is an excellent candidate for appliance internals, indoor and outdoor electrical enclosures / housings / connectors.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN EXL8134 is a PC/siloxane copolymer resin with high flow, excellent low temperature impact and 30% post consumer recycle content. Limited availability and restricted color only. Higher color variability and contamination risks including black specs needs to be considered before approval for use in applications.
