SABIC's Specialties Business LNP COLORCOMP A1000FXB compound is based on unfilled Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) resin. Added features of this grade include: Healthcare, Biocompatible (ISO10993), Low Extractables, Gamma & EtO Sterilizable, Superior Molding. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

LNP LUBRICOMP AL001 compound is based on Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) resin containing 5% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

VINNAPAS® 224 HD is a multi-purpose construction dispersion for liquid and paste with cement-free binder technology, specifically suited for primers, ready-to-use tile adhesives, and one-component dispersion-based water-proofing membranes. It is based on a hard copolymer of styrene and acrylate and belongs to the product class VINNAPAS® HD, which means that it provides a remarkable hydrophobic effect in addition to excellent adhesion even under wet conditions.

LNP LUBRICOMP CX94108 compound is based on Polystyrene (PS) resin containing proprietary lubricant. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® ABS 530/50 HM is a white, pre-dried Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with a hygienic filler/additive system and antibacterial properties according to ISO 22196. It has a melt temperature range of 220-260°C and a mold temperature range of 50-80°C. This product is suitable for injection molded parts such as sanitary articles, hygiene products, domestic appliances, functional components, handles, and fittings, and is used for applications in the packaging, personal care, household goods, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure markets. For optimal results, it should be stored in a dry, light-tightly sealed environment.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/170 is a copolymer of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene with good flow and processing stability, suitable for injection molding at melt temperatures of 200-240°C and mold temperatures of 50-80°C. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® HM ABS 1000 AG 17161 is a pre-drying condition acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene/copolymer with a hygienic material filler/additive system. It is white in color, similar to RAL 9003, and has antibacterial properties according to ISO 22196. This material is suitable for packaging, personal care, household goods, and building and construction applications, and is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 220-260°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C. To ensure optimal performance, it should be stored in a dry, light-protected area with a tightly sealed container.

It is the modified grade of C-EAGLE(SA72/50)50% to work smoothly with any type of water @ high PVC paints.APEO free.Stable viscosity in HPVC paints if water has a higher metal content.

EXTINITY® 0218-108 is a highly loaded flame-retardant concentrate that can be used for a variety of polystyrene-based applications. This concentrate has been designed to be used in High Impact Polystyrene, but is also effective in the entire styrenic family including general purpose polystyrene grades. EXTINITY® 0218-108 provides excellent flame-retardant performance while having minimal impact on mechanical properties and processibility. Varying the use rate of 0218-108 will permit the final compound to meet UL-94 V-0, V-1 or V-2 requirements.

C - EAGLE (SA 72/50) is styrene-acrylic with very fine particle size to give excellent & extremely high scrub resistance (over 3000 cycles @8% binder content _.low dirt retention exterior and interior paints, medium to high PVC paints, cementitious coatings, water base sealers, and saturators. (due to its very fine particle, it needs good water wettability). APEO freeUltra-high scrub resistance in HPVC paints.
