Terratek® WC200145 is a proprietary blend of wood flour and biobased polyethylene for injection molding applications. WC200145 contains 30% wood flour and with Braskem GreenPE this formulation is fully biobased.

SYNTRAN® WA 1001 is a hard and high melting polyethylene wax emulsion. This wax emulsion is specially designed for OPV, ink and coating applications. It can improve the friction resistance and anti-blocking properties of the surface. SYNTRAN® WA 1001 can be combined with various water-based polymer dispersions. HD 03490 PE is high-density PE 100-like bimodal copolymer of ethylene with hexene-1. The product is characterized by a balanced combination of physical and mechanical properties and good processability.

CAPXIDAN® HD is a Modified Copolymer produced with a proprietary, specialized formulation. It is designed to be coextruded over Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC) deck boards to provide moisture, stain, wear resistance,esthetics, durability at elevated temperatures, and unprecedented adhesion to the WPC substrate. CAPXIDAN® HD is a two-component capstock system. The CAPXIDAN® resin should be extruded together with a specific synergistic additive masterbatch in the recommended proportion of 98:2 by weight.

Neptune 250SD is a finely micronized spherical oxidized polyethylene wax. Neptune 250-SD is recommended for use in liquid ink and coating formulations, including water-based, solvent-based, and UV systems for packaging and gravure inks, general industrial, furniture and floor coatings.

Tasnee HD 100 Black is a High Density Polyethylene, black colored resin. The product is classified as PE 100. Tasnee HD 100 Black provides excellent environmental stress cracking resistance properties (ESCR) with very good long term hydrostatic strength and combines very high impact and stiffness properties.

SYNTRAN® WA 1005 is a multi-purpose synthetic wax emulsion. It is an ethylene copolymer emulsion of a hard and high melting polyethylene wax specifically designed for use in surface coating applications of different kinds. SYNTRAN® WA 1005 has excellent compatibility and is therefore very well suited for clear wood coatings to improve slip, scratch, abrasion and blocking resistance. ULTRALUBE® CT 1271 is wax dispersion used to improve the surface qualities. It is available as aqueous dispersion of HDPE wax / plastic compound.

Parchvale Limited Wax Emulsion 4400 is an an oxidized non-ionic polyethylene wax emulsion.

Pure high density polyethylene homopolymer polymer in finely sized rounded powder form. Avg. = 38 micron, D100 = 70 micron.

PEXIDAN® HF X/T is a unique low smoke halogen free flame retardant 90°C wet-rated XL-insulation system curable by moisture. It consists of a silane pre-grafted base compound SX651 and a catalyst masterbatch CM540U. Mixed and extruded in the proper proportions (95:5), the two components result in a material that is crosslinkable by exposure to 90°C hot water. PEXIDAN® HF X/T is REACH and RoHS-compliant and is UL 2885 certified to bear the Halogen Free “HF” designation. PEXIDAN® HF X/T is UL-bulletinized and wire made with this insulation system may be marked as Oil Resistant “PR I” and “PR II”, Gas & Oil Resistant “GR I” and “GR II”, “-40C” and “SUNRES” in all colors. This compound will meet a 105°C dry rating.

PEXIDAN® L/T-UV is a high density PEX system consisting of a silane grafted basecompound A-1001 and a catalyst masterbatch CAT-003 (or A-1022 and CAT-117). When mixed and extruded in the proper proportions, the two-component system results in a material that is crosslinkable by exposure to moisture or by immersion in hot water at 90-95°C. PEXIDAN® L/T is listed by NSF International to standards 14 and 61 and to Canadian Standards Association standard B137.5. NSFI certification to ASTM F876 and ASTM F2023 testifies to its superior resistance to oxidation by hot, chlorinated water. PEXIDAN® L/T is permitted to be used in domestic continuous re-circulation systems and is listed by NSF as a NSF-pw CL5 / PEX 5006 material.

EXTINITY® 0101-108 is a halogenated, flame retardant compound specifically designed for use in plenum tube applications. This compound has good thermal stability and can be converted easily on standard processing equipment.

The HFFR-XL compound product range is a group of thermosetting, halogen-free flame retardant, low-smoke and non-toxic compounds based on polyolefins and mineral fillers, which can be crosslinked using heat or moisture. A catalyst masterbatch is added during the final extrusion together with the main compound (SIOPLAS method). These products are suitable for producing cross-linked insulation or sheathing.

KoeppCell® K/PE 40 CN is closed-cell having soft-elastic PE foam. It is chemically crosslinked polyethylene foam.

Densetec® Partition Board is the ideal partition material for a wide variety of commercial applications such as schools, parks, stadiums, office buildings and airports. The durability of our material makes it immune to such problems as vandalism and constant traffic. In addition, the material is totally unaffected by water and humidity preventing it from shrinking, expanding, bowing, warping or delaminating in any way whatsoever. It is resistant to markings by pens, pencils, most markers and paints and cleans with ordinary household detergent or solvents for more stubborn stains. Minor surface damage can easily be repaired. Finally, the material does not have to be painted and is virtually maintenance free.
