GENIOSIL® GF 80 is an epoxy functional alkoxysilane. When used as a coupling agent in mineral-filled plastics, it enhances filler dispersibility, reduces sedimentation tendency, and significantly lowers the resin's viscosity. Moreover, it allows for higher filler loading and provides notable improvements in water (vapor) resistance, as well as resistance to acids and bases. In the realm of adhesives and sealants, incorporating GENIOSIL® GF 80 enhances adhesion to the substrate and improves mechanical properties like flexural strength, tensile strength, and modulus of elasticity.

GENIOSIL® GF 82 is an epoxy-functional alkoxysilane. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a characteristic odor similar to gasoline. It hydrolyzes slowly in the presence of water, releasing ethanol, and forms silanols that can react with themselves to produce siloxanes or bind to inorganic substrates. The epoxy group on GENIOSIL® GF 82 can undergo a ring-opening reaction with nucleophiles such as alcohols and amines.

LNP LUBRICOMP ZL003 compound is based on Polyphenylene Ether / Polystyrene (PPE/PS) blend containing 15% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

DCL 1166 Disazo Scarlet, PR.166 is a transparent, yellow-shaded red with excellent heat stability and very good fastness properties. It is recommended for auto refinishes, solvent industrial coatings, and powder coating applications. It is also recommended for all ink and plastic applications.

DCL 14247 Bismuth Vanadate, PY.184 is a green-shaded yellow pigment with excellent heat and chemical resistance properties. DCC Yellow 14247 is recommended for use in high-grade industrial and automotive paints where excellent light and weather fastness is required.

DCL RMX Bismuth Vanadate, PY.184 is a bright lemon-shade yellow pigment with high color strength and excellent opacity. It exhibits very good weather fastness and is used primarily in industrial and decorative paint applications, allowing for much cleaner shades and/or lower formulation costs.

DCL 361 Chromium Oxide Green, PG.17 (dark shade) is a dark shade of very stable green pigment that is unaffected by acids, alkalis and solvents. 361 is heat stable and offers excellent value, lightfastness, and weatherability. DCL 5651 Phthalocyanine Blue, PB.15:1 (A4R Type) is an alpha crystal form red shade, phthalocyanine blue. 5651 is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297). It has good overall resistance properties. It finds major applications in plastics such as PVC, PP and PE, inks, paints, and coatings.

DCL 1419 Quinacridone Violet, PV.19 is a bright, blue-shaded quinacridone with a similar shade to thioindigo red, and it has excellent overall properties.
