Tinuvin® 1130 is a liquid UV absorber belonging to the hydroxyphenyl benzotriazole class, specifically designed for industrial coating applications. Its high temperature and extraction resistance make it well-suited for industrial and automotive coatings. Due to its broad UV absorption spectrum, it efficiently protects light-sensitive substrates such as wood and plastics.

Tinuvin® 292is a liquid hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) developed specifically for coatings. It comprises an almost pure mixture of two active ingredients, allowing it to remain in liquid form, unlike the tendency of pure diester to solidify, even at room temperature. The efficiency of Tinuvin 292 significantly prolongs the lifetime of coatings by reducing paint defects such as cracking and loss of gloss. HALOX® SW-111 is a white, nonrefractive, corrosion-inhibiting pigment used in protective coating systems. HALOX® SW-111 is recommended for use in most water-borne and solvent-borne epoxies. HALOX® SW-111 can be formulated into most water-reducible resin systems and corrosion-resistant caulks and sealants.

OMACIDE™ IPBC 40 Industrial Fungicide is a pungent aromatic, pale yellow to amber-colored liquid broad spectrum fungicide additive. It is used in architectural coatings, textiles, construction applications such as paints, stains, adhesives, caulks, and sealants, as well as plastic product applications to prevent dry film fungal growth. OMACIDE™ IPBC 40 Industrial Fungicide is also a very effective additive for controlling fungal growth in aqueous-based fluids such as inks and metalworking fluids.

OMACIDE™ IPBC 30 Fungicide is a broad spectrum liquid fungicide based on the widely used fungicide active, 3-iodopropynyl butylcarbamate (IPBC). It imparts dry film protection against fungal growth when formulated in exterior paints and coatings, wood stains, adhesives, caulks, sealants, paper coatings, textiles, and plastics. OMACIDE™ IPBC 30 Fungicide also provides excellent fungal control when used in inks and metalworking fluid systems.

OMACIDETM™ IPBC 20 TX Fungicide is a highly effective broad spectrum fungicide suitable for the preservation of a variety of solvent-based industrial products, including architectural coatings, wood stains and construction materials, against spoilage from fungi & yeasts. The active agent is 3-iodo 2-propynyl-N-butylcarbamate (IPBC) in a solvent package of an ester alcohol and glycol ether.

DIXIE CLAY® Filler is an air-floated fine particle size kaolin clay that can be used as a reinforcing filler in all types of coatings, adhesives, elastomers and latexes.

DISPARLON® NS-30 is a patented blend of polyolefin with amide in xylene in paste form. This product effectively prevents sagging and settling of solvent-based coatings including those containing anti-corrosive pigments at high concentrations. NS-30 has little effect on viscosity, while still imparting strong anti-sagging/anti-settling properties.

Wayncor™ 211 is an anti-corrosion inhibitive pigment that is very effective in solvent and water based epoxy primers. It does not affect the pot life of 2K systems. It can also be used alone or as a synergist with Zinc Phosphate. Typical use level is between 3 – 7 % total formula weight.

Soyanol™ 5000X-HS is viscosity and flow modifier for solvent borne coatings, non-phthalate plasticizer, it is compatible with most conventional resin systems and exempt solvents, provides excellent dispersion characteristics in paints and stains, deep penetration is excellent for wood and concrete applications, it improves leveling, increases open time for better cure rates and smoother finishes and it is more efficient than other options (use less, get more).

ADD-6212 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings to improve pigment wetting, reduce the grinding time and stabilize the pigment dispersion. ADD-6212 is suitable for stabilizing inorganic pigments and extenders and strongly reduces mill-base viscosity. ADD-6212 is suitable for coatings and composite.

Huber Engineered Materials’ Hymod SB136 SG is a coarse, mechanically ground, surface treated ATH product that provides hydrophobicity, flame retardancy and smoke suppression in a variety of applications, such as acrylic, EPDM, EVA, polyester and polyolefin compounds. The surface modification enables this product to have low moisture and to be easily and uniformly dispersed into polymers at high loading levels without causing processing rheology concerns.

LX®-3100 is a thermoplastic low molecular weight, hydrocarbon resin produced by thermal polymerization of mixed DCPD, aromatic and alicyclic monomers derived from petroleum feedstocks.

Hymod® M632 SG can be used in such applications as foamed insulation, wire and cable jacketing, TPO roofing membranes, injection molded and extruded polyolefins, compression molded thermosets and solvent borne coatings.

ADD-5010 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-based coatings to improve pigment wetting, reduce the grinding time and stabilize the pigment dispersion. Deflocculation of the pigments stabilizes hue and color strength and prevents flooding and floating. ADD-5010 drastically reduces viscosity and improves gloss and leveling of the coatings. It is suitable for stabilizing inorganic pigments and extenders in particular titanium dioxide, and strongly reduces mill-base viscosity. It reduces haze in inorganic pigmented coatings in electrostatic spraying applications. ADD-5010 is suitable for coatings and composite.

HITOX® SF is a super fine color pigment. It is a unique and cost-effective, high quality, light buff color, rutile titanium dioxide for use in non-white applications. It is primarily for use in thin film or other coating and plastic applications requiring the highest opacity, best dispersion and highest gloss characteristics. HITOX SF offers savings both in the reduction of expensive organic and inorganic pigments as well as some of the white titanium dioxide in select formulations, while maintaining the necessary gloss and opacity properties. HITOX SF is well suited for paints and coatings applications, including architectural, maintenance, metal finishes, coil backing, primers and wood coatings, caulks and sealants, floor tiles, blown film and other plastic products.

Soyanol™ 5000X-TB is a unique thinner Base for use in compliant lacquer and paint thinner formulations. It is certified Formulations by SCAQMD, has multiple base formulations available for blending of compliant solvents. Typical usage 7% to formulate a 25 g/l VOC thinner solution.
