FoamStar® SI 2240 is a defoamer designed for pigment concentrates, pigmented aqueous coatings, printing inks, and adhesives. It exhibits a spontaneous defoaming effect, good compatibility, and high efficiency. With broad food contact compliance, it maintains excellent stability under high shear conditions, such as during grinding. The chemical nature involves a compound of modified polydimethylsiloxanes.

Foamaster® MO 2108 is a defoamer based on mineral oil, featuring a blend of low-aromatic mineral oil, hydrophobic silica, and fatty acid derivatives. It is suitable for most water-based paints, lacquers, and printing inks, presenting as an opaque, grayish liquid.

Foamaster® MO 2150 is an excellent defoamer for mid to high PVC decorative coatings, offering exceptional product stability and retaining antifoaming properties during paint storage. It is based on mineral oil and is a blend of foam-destroying substances.

Foamaster® NO 2331 is a defoamer derived from natural resources, ideal for emulsion polymerization, architectural paints, and adhesives, boasting extensive compliance with food contact regulations. This formulation, free from mineral oil, excels in suppressing foam during monomer stripping. It exhibits exceptional defoaming efficacy and maintains long-term efficiency in final applications. Specifically designed for manufacturing and applying emulsion paints, adhesives, functional coatings, and printing inks, Foamaster® NO 2331 comprises a blend of natural oil, hydrophobic elements, and non-ionic surfactants.

FoamStar® SI 2213 is a defoamer recommended for clear and low-pigmented aqueous coatings and printing inks, particularly those based on polymeric dispersions. It is a blend of foam-destroying polymers, emulsifiers, and silicone. Developed to prevent foam in modern coatings like those based on finely dispersed acrylics, FoamStar® SI 2213 has minimal to no effect on the swelling of rubber stereos, inking rollers, or blankets in printing inks, ensuring excellent compatibility.

Foamaster® MO NXZ is a liquid defoamer for emulsion paints and adhesive systems. Based on mineral oil, it is a blend of mineral oils and non-ionic surfactants. This defoamer is suitable for emulsion paints based on various polymers, including styrene-butadiene, acrylic, polyvinyl chloride, ethylene-vinyl acetate, vinylidene chloride, and water-soluble alkyds.

FoamStar® ED 2521 serves as an emulsion defoamer, providing excellent foam suppression during grinding and application. It retains antifoam efficiency during extended storage of paint, is easy to incorporate without requiring strong shear forces, and does not lead to a loss of gloss or fogging.

FoamStar® ED 2522 is a high-performance, ultra-low SVOC silicone emulsion defoamer for premium water-based paints, clear coats, and inks. Its chemical nature involves an emulsion of organo-modified silicones.

Foamaster® WO 2323 is a defoamer designed for low-odor emulsion paints. Its chemical composition involves a formulation based on white oil and non-ionic surfactants, making it suitable for both the manufacturing and application of emulsion paints.

FoamStar® PB 2724 is a defoamer that is free from mineral oil and silicone oils. It improves stability, provides resistance against temperature fluctuations, eases pigment dispersion, lowers water absorption, and enhances resistance against water marks. Used as a foam-inhibiting wetting agent in the manufacture of emulsion paints and polymer emulsions, it can also serve as a defoamer in printing pastes and glues applied in printing plants. FoamStar® ED 2523 is an emulsion defoamer, a universal polymer-emulsion defoamer enhanced with a small amount of modified polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). It is an excellent defoamer for many flat to semi-gloss aqueous coatings, providing excellent foam suppression during grinding as well as application. It retains antifoam efficiency during extended storage of paint.

Foamaster® NO 2335 is a defoamer based on renewable raw materials. It proves excellent for mat to satin-finished aqueous coatings, serving as an environmentally sound alternative to defoamers based on mineral oil. It retains antifoaming properties even after prolonged storage of the finished paint and offers exceptional product stability.

Foamaster® MO NDW is a defoamer based on mineral oil, known for its exceptional product stability. It retains defoaming efficiency even after months of storage, contributing to excellent brushability and avoiding fisheyes. Its chemical nature involves a blend of mineral oils and non-ionic surfactants, making it effective in all systems based on synthetic latex.

Foamaster® MO 2114 is a defoamer based on mineral oil, a versatile defoamer for low- to highly pigmented emulsion paints. It eliminates microfoam even in critical applications, can be used in powder coatings, and modifies surface tension. It provides smooth, trouble-free film surfaces and improves gloss. The physical form is a clear, colorless liquid.

Foamaster® WO 2310 serves as a defoamer for paints and adhesives with broad food contact compliance. It is suitable for the manufacturing and application of emulsion paints and adhesives. Due to its broad food contact compliance, it is well-suited for processes and applications where such requirements are essential, such as emulsion polymerization and adhesive manufacturing.

Foamaster® WO 2390 is a defoamer for styrene-butadiene latex, with a chemical nature of a silicone-free formulation based on white oil, alkyl poly(alkoxy esters), and ethers. It is a defoamer/antifoam for styrene-butadiene polymerization, specifically during monomer stripping. Foamaster® WO 2390 is silicone-free and does not have adverse secondary effects during latex application.

Foamaster® MO 2134 is a highly effective liquid defoamer that can be added at any stage in emulsion paint manufacture. It is especially effective in fine-particle resin emulsions, easily dispersible in paint, and based on mineral oil, a blend of mineral oils and non-ionic surfactants.

FoamStar® ST 2438 is a 100% active defoamer compound combining a hyper-branched FoamStar polymer with high-end organo-silicones. It delivers fast foam knockdown with high efficiency. This defoamer does not reduce the gloss of high gloss paints and coatings, making it effective in difficult-to-defoam high gloss formulations. It ensures fast bubble-break versus conventional defoamers, effectiveness against microfoam, no separation or settling, very good persistence, and suitability for deep and clear/neutral bases.

FoamStar® SI 2292 is a defoamer and de-aerating agent suitable for aqueous coatings and coatings containing co-solvents. It is especially effective for wood coatings, highly compatible, and consists of a blend of specially modified polydimethyl siloxane. It is recommended for emulsion paints based on pure acrylates and acrylic copolymers, as well as for wood coatings based on acrylates and polyurethane emulsions.

FoamStar® ST 2400 is part of a novel series of defoamers based on patented FoamStar® technology. It offers a very fast bubble break compared to conventional defoamers, proving effective in industrial coatings based on acrylic emulsions, with good persistence. The chemical nature involves a defoamer based on patented FoamStar® technology and mineral oil.

FoamStar® SI 2293 is an excellent defoamer designed for high-quality emulsion paints based on pure acrylates and acrylic copolymers. It is recommended for wood coatings based on acrylic and polyurethane emulsions applied by various methods. The defoamer is effective in emulsion and suspension polymerization during the manufacture of polyvinyl chloride, vinyl acetate, and acrylic emulsions.

FoamStar® ST 2454 is a defoamer highly recommended for systems based on PU-emulsions, amine-neutralized resins, and aqueous 2-pack PU coatings. It is especially efficient in PU emulsions, hybrid systems, and PE solutions, typically without causing a reduction of gloss or transparency. It can be used in clear and top coats.

Foamaster® NO 2306 is a mineral-oil-free defoamer for aqueous paints and adhesives. It exhibits outstanding defoaming properties when used in emulsion paints, latex-based masonry finishes, and adhesives based on acrylics, styrene acrylics, vinyl acetate ethylene copolymers, and alkyd emulsions. Its chemical nature is based on alkyl poly(alkoxy esters) and fatty esters, making it an environmentally friendly alternative.

Foamaster® MO 2111 is an effective defoamer for dispersion paints, latex adhesive systems, and water-based printing inks, especially suitable for highly filled coatings and related systems. It is based on mineral oil, a blend of mineral oils and modified fatty acid derivatives. The physical form is a turbid yellow liquid.

TEGO® Antifoam ESMK 41 is an organo-modified polysiloxane tailored for its defoaming capabilities. This product, belonging to the polysiloxane chemical family, is organomodified and is available in liquid form. Importantly, it is proudly labeled as solvent-free and is classified under CASE ingredients within the foam control additives category.

AEROSIL® R 202 is a hydrophobic fumed silica grade, treated with a polydimethylsiloxane. This product can be used in defoamer formulations for sedimentation stabilization and due to its high hydrophobicity as defoaming component.

LOPON® E 13 is a defoamer that is specifically designed for use in paints and plasters. LOPON® E 81 is a light yellow, opaque, and viscous defoamer for use in paints and plasters. It is VOC, mineral oil, and silicone-free and provides good processing properties, compatibility with different binders, and a long-term effect. It does not negatively affect the storage stability of the final product and conforms to Ecolabel, BfR XIV, and FDA regulations.

AFCONA 2505 is a water-based defoamer and anti-foam, especially designed for micro foams. It is an organically modified polysiloxane, providing good defoaming and anti-foaming properties in all water-based coatings. It offers excellent performance against micro foam, even in high shear applications such as long period grinding. It maintains its good defoaming and anti-foam performance under high shear conditions.

AFCONA 2021 is a silicone-free defoamer with balanced performance for compatibility and defoaming, ideal for use in various coating systems. It can prevent air entrapment during stirring and pumping, and is especially suited for solvent-based coatings where foam formation is an issue when spraying or brushing.

AFCONA 2501 is a defoamer for water-based paint. It is a silicone-based defoamer containing a small amount of silicone to give better deaeration. It is recommended for all kinds of water-based coatings ranging from decorative paints to water-based printing inks.

AFCONA 2503 is a waterbased defoamer and anti-foam agent with leveling properties that is especially useful in high shear applications such as pigment concentrates. AFCONA 2503 is an organically modified polysiloxane which is designed to give good defoaming, anti-foam and leveling performance in all waterbased applications.

DeCAL 5195 is an excellent, solvent-free foam control agent for aqueous systems. It is used very successfully in emulsion paints and is suitable for use in polymer latex systems and plasters. DeCAL 5195 is effective at low concentrations and successfully controls foam in emulsion paints, as well as being suitable for use in polymer latex systems and plasters.

DeCAL 5032 is designed to release bubbles and control foam generated in a wide range of aqueous systems containing surfactants. They are blends of non-ionic surfactants and hydrophobes in a highly refined mineral oil. They are non-silicone based. It is used in many applications including water-based paints, adhesives, carpet backing, paper coating, and effluent treatment.
