Cel-Span® Process Aid 705 is a product recommended as a replacement for the traditional phenolic and hindered amine combination for the thermal and ultraviolet stabilization of polyester resins during high temperature processing. Cel-Span® Process Aid 705 enhances the process window of Polyester and PET resins. In addition, this product maintains the IV (Intinsic Viscosity) of Polyester and PET resins coupled with excellent UV stability. Cel-Span® Process Aid 705 also provides protection to caustic environment and bleach resistance to Polyester and PET resins with both bottle and fiber grade products. It is important that this product be used at 2% - 3% with the Polyester or PET resin before the fabrication or molding process to take advantage of the excellent properties of the unique masterbatch. It will insure that the polyester resin is protected through the molding and life cycle of the parts

Dispergator FL is a very effective and multi-purpose processing aid for the use in natural and synthetic rubber. Dispergator FL is generally used to improve rubber compound flow and extrudability for the production of profiles, hoses and technical rubber parts. By using Dispergator FL an economical production of high quality products is possible.

Cel-Span® Process Aid 701 is a molecular concentrate used as a replacement for the traditional metal halides for stabilization of Nylons at high temperatures. This product is used at 1% - 3% active level depending on the type of compound and processing conditions. Cel-Span® Process Aid 701 also provides gloss, ozone, and bleach resistance to nylon fibers, without the use of metal halide stabilizers.

Kettlitz-Dispergator SI/GR is a new generation of processing aid based on a silicone combination. The proc-ess aid has been developed especially for EPDM and EVA compounds to improve processability.

MoldWiz® INT-2E-ATS - A process aid additive with surfactant properties which is added directly into the aqueous resin solution. The addition of this process aid additive gives the resin improved wetting properties of the paper or substrate being impregnated, reducing or eliminating voids and dry spots. The process aid additive will not interfere with adhesion properties between paper laminates. It will function as an excellent release agent causing the laminate to release easily and cleanly from the caul plate without leaving any residue. This product contains no silicone, no wax and no metallic stearates.

EVERNOX-B310 is used in polyolefins and olefins-copolymers such as LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP and EVA. It can also be used in other polymers such as engineering plastics, styrene homo and copolymers such as PBT, PET, PA, POM, PS, ABS, PUR, elastomers BR, SBR, SBS, adhesives and other organic substrates. The B-blends can be used in combination with light stabilizers of UV-absorbers and hindered amine light stabilizers.

MoldWiz® INT-1117EL - A non-silicone process aid additive for use in all types of rubber processing which eliminates the need for any external release agent minimizing mold and machine cleaning time. Facilitates processing by increasing the flow characteristics and lubricating qualities of the rubber formulation without affecting it’s mechanical properties. The cured product can be readily glued, bonded, coated, etc. and there is no exudation or deterioration after prolonged storage. There is an increase in elongation percentage and tensile strength with many formulations.

ULTRA-PEP™ 96 is a combined peptizing and processing additive for natural rubber. ULTRA-PEP™ 96 is easily dispersed in rubber due to its content of dispersing agent present. ULTRA-PEP™ 96 is extremely active and therefore can be used at low dosage levels. Its peptizing action starts at 90 °C but reaches an optimum at 140°C.

MoldWiz® INT-1230 - A process aid additive with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. Additional advantages include better resin flow, improved dispersion of other resin additives and faster cycle times. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as printing or bonding.
