ELASTOSIL® R 770/60 OH is a peroxide-crosslinked high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR) for the manufacture of flame retardant products. It is used for construction, automotive, railway, marine, and aerospace applications where high flame retardancy is required. This product can be used within a temperature range of -55 °C to +210 °C.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP KONDUIT PX11313 compound is based on Nylon 6 resin containing mineral and glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Thermally Conductive, Electrically Insulative and Non-Brominated, Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant.

XHT5141 is a high flow, high heat polycarbonate copolymer with a haze onset of 185C. It is available in a range of opaque colors.

30% Milled glass filled, high flow Polyetherimide (Tg 217C) with internal mold release and enhanced electroplatability. ECO Conforming, UL94 V0 listing.

  ULTEM™ Resin AUR200G0 is an unreinforced ULTEM recycle based grade. SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN™ Copolymer CFR7431 is a non-filled, injection-moldable resin with a UL-94 V0 rating at 1.2 mm and a 5VA rating at 3.0 mm. It is also chlorinated, brominated, flame retardant, and UV stabilized (F1 rating) for additional weathering capability. Available in both clear transparent and tinted color options, this resin is an excellent choice for a wide range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

ULTEM™ Resin AUR200G6 is a 30% glass fiber filled ULTEM Utility grade. The grade will have a limited color availability, dark gray to black. The data listed in this data sheet are the lower specification limits, apart from the MFR, CTE, HDT at 1.8 MPa, Density, Tensile strain, Water Absorption, Thermal Conductivity and Shrinkage which are typical data. The MVR of this material at 337 degrees C/6.7 kgf will have a specification between 3 and 7.5 (MFR: 4.2-10.5)

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP KONDUIT OX11314 compound is based on Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) resin containing mineral and glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Thermally Conductive, Electrically Insulative and Non-Brominated, Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant. This resin offers extreme low temperature (-40 C) ductility in combination with medium flow characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. LEXAN™ EXL1434T resin is a UV stabilized general purpose product available in transparent and opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Dielectric Film UTF120 provides solutions for small to medium-sized, professional-grade capacitors, up to 10 microfarads in capacitance, to meet challenging industry requirements. The film exhibits stable properties across a range of temperatures (-40°C to +150 °C) and frequencies, including stable capacitance, good insulation resistance, a stable dielectric constant (Dk), and a low dissipation factor (Df). ULTEM™ Dielectric Film UTF120 has been validated by customers for use with both film-foil and metalized electrodes, including flat aluminum, heavy edge/light body, and fused/patterned electrode designs. It also offers excellent handling through metallization, winding, and capacitor squashing/flattening. Capacitors using this film are capable of passing industry-standard 260°C reflow soldering processes. It is available in 4, 5, 7, and 10-micron gauges and sold in 620mm x 5000m size rolls.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

50% Glass fiber and mineral filled, high flow Polyetherimide blend with internal mold release and enhanced dimensional stability. ECO Conforming.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin PW2210 is an imporved flow 20% glass fiber reinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that is offering a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. The material has global food contact compliance (FDA, CN, EC), potable water certifications: NSF 61, KTW-BWGL, EN16421. REG4, ACS, WRAS re-certifications are in progress. Features are excellent mechanical, and dimension properties up to high temperatures also under wet conditions. The material offers very good hydrolytic and chemical resistance for an amorphous material. The material is RoHS compliant. Certified colors are natural (transparent amber) and black.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL9334 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a UV stabilized, medium flow opaque material suitable for injection molding (IM) and sheet extrusion applications. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-bromine, non-chlorine FR systems, extreme low temperature ductility (-40°C) characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. It is available in a wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide range of applications.

AUR210G6 is a 30% glass fiber filled grade based on ULTEM recycle. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. The material is RoHS compliant and is intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers and offers UL94 V0 and 5VA ratings. The material may offer excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness and creep resistance up to high temperature due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This material is RoHS compliant, intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers, and offers UL94 V0 at over 0.5 mm. It offers excellent dimensional stability, strength, stiffness, and creep resistance at high temperatures due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This material is opaque and can be custom colored. SABIC offers renewable bio-based solutions certified by ISCC+ for this grade, which are available through differentiated color nomenclature.

SABIC's Specialties Business Lexan EXL5689 polycarbonate (PC) resin is a GF reinforced, UV stabilized, flame retardant injection molding copolymer blend. This medium flow resin features UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-chlorine, non-bromine FR agents with excellent processability and improved release performance. Lexan EXL5689 resin offers much improved impact strength and ductility over conventional GF reinforced PC resins. This product is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications, including electrical and electronic enclosures among others.
