NACURE® 2530 is an amine neutralized p-Toluenesulfonic acid (p-TSA) catalyst. It is similar to NACURE® 2500, except supplied at a lower pH. This allows for faster cure and reduces the potential of wrinkling from volatile amines, particularly at cure temperatures of 121°C (250°F) or higher.

NACURE® 5528 is an amine blocked Dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid (DDBSA) catalyst. NACURE® 5528 provides improved solubility in oxygenated solvents when compared to NACURE® 5225.

NACURE® 2500 is an amine neutralized p-Toluenesulfonic acid (p-TSA) catalyst designed for low temperature cure and maximum viscosity stability.

NACURE® 5225 is an amine neutralized Dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid (DDBSA) catalyst. Advantages over blocked p-TSA catalysts are viscosity stability and solubility.

NACURE® SC-55 is an amine neutralized aromatic sulfonic acid, high activity catalyst. It provides excellent balance of cure response and package stability.

DYTEK® BHMT HP (bis-hexamethylene triamine) is a high purity (>95%) triamine that is used in applications where purity is critical such as phosphonate scavenger and flocculant in oil & gas applications and as a hardener in epoxy coating and adhesive applications.

CYCAT® 4040 Catalyst is a versatile catalyst designed for consistent strength, suitable for use in various solvent-soluble and water-based thermosetting vehicles. It is particularly recommended in applications where a robust acid catalyst is needed to accelerate the cure of highly alkylated melamine-formaldehyde crosslinked systems. NACURE® 2501 is an amine blocked Toluenesulfonic acid (TSA) catalyst that has been formulated for higher electrical resistivity. Compared to NACURE® 2500, NACURE® 2501 will have improved ketone solubility, and lower conductance and higher electrical resistance.

CYCAT® 6325 catalyst is an amine-blocked dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid supplied in isopropanol and 2-butoxyethanol. It serves as a catalyst to expedite the cure of amino crosslinking agents and enhance formulated package stability. In general, systems employing a blocked catalyst will exhibit a slower cure rate compared to those with an unblocked catalyst, although package stability with an unblocked catalyst may be compromised. This catalyst is suitable for use in waterborne coatings and solvent-borne coatings, particularly in automotive OEM coatings.

NACURE® 4167 is an amine neutralized phosphate catalyst. It is a weak acid catalyst that is particularly effective with polymeric or high imino melamines and phenolics.

K-KAT® 5218 is an aluminum chelate complex catalyst that provides an excellent blend of both fast dry time and increased pot life when used in combination with 2,4 pentanedione. It is recommended for 2K polyurethanes, pultrusion and RIM applications.

CYCAT® 6030 catalyst is an amine-neutralized dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid supplied in isopropanol. It functions as a catalyst to hasten the cure of amino crosslinking agents and enhance package stability. Typically, systems utilizing a blocked catalyst will exhibit a slower cure rate compared to those with an unblocked catalyst. However, unblocked catalysts may compromise package stability. This catalyst is suitable for use in clearcoat formulations, waterborne coatings, and solvent-borne coatings. It finds applications in automotive OEM coatings, industrial coatings, and metal coatings.
