SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010 is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C and improved flow. Its features include excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material also offers very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant, offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings as well as aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. ULTEM™ Resin 1010 is RoHS compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B. Compliance for colored variants needs to be checked on a case-by-case basis. The base material is transparent amber-colored but is also available in custom colors, both transparent and opaque. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

EcoPaXX® Q170E is an unfilled long aliphatic polyamide primarily used for film and monofilament extrusion. It has excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point, and a high crystallization rate. It has the lowest carbon footprint among common polyamides. The material can be processed using both extrusion and injection molding technologies. It has a medium viscosity grade and meets the requirements for food contact quality.

Akulon® K223-TP4 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) and polyamide copolymer resin that is suitable for various applications in the automotive and transportation, consumer goods, and electrical and electronics markets. They are impact-modified, lightweight, and lubricated, making them versatile for a range of uses. Additionally, this product is acceptable for food contact.

Santicizer® Platinum P-1400 can be used in many applications including foams, sealants, calendering, plastisols, extrusion and films.

EXTINITY® 0201-125 is a highly filled flame retardant concentrate that is designed to meet a variety of film flame retardant specifications including; MVSS-302, NFPA-701 Small Scale Test and UL-94 VTM-0 flame standards.EXTINITY® 0201-125 can be used in a variety of polyolefin base resin systems including LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and mixtures of PE. EXTINITY® 0201-125 contains a flame-retardant package that is very thermally stable, UV stable and does not bloom. The brominated fire retardant in 0201-125 is RoHS compliant.

Santicizer® Platinum P-1700 is a proprietary, non- phthalate plasticizer designed for use in multiple polymer systems such as PVC, latex, polyurethane, and polysulfide to name a few. Santicizer® Platinum P-1700 is a high solvating, fast fusing plasticizer. Santicizer ® Platinum P-1700 shows characteristics of excellent permanence, resistance to exudation and extraction and has very low volatility compared to others in the market.

NYCO6 446 is a high viscosity, nucleated Nylon 6 resin for extrusion processing. Its high viscosity and fast set-up time make NYCOA 446 an excellent material for extrusion of tubing, rods, sheet and film.

EXTINITY® 0101-107 is a halogenated, flame retardant compound specifically designed for use in plenum tube applications. This compound has good thermal and ultraviolet stability and can be converted easily on standard processing equipment.

EXTINITY® 0201-312 is a highly loaded antimony trioxide concentrate that can be used for a variety of applications including film, sheet, and extrusion coating. The content of antimony trioxide in EXTINITY® 0201-312 is 80%, by weight. Use of EXTINITY® 0201-312 eliminates the exposure hazards typically associated with handling antimony trioxide powder, since all of the antimony trioxide powder is dispersed, distributed and encapsulated in a LDPE carrier resin.

NYCO6 589 is an ultra-high viscosity Nylon 6 resin for extrusion processing. It retains good melt strength even at high processing temperatures. This trait makes it suitable for blow molding and blown film processing. Typical applications include profile extrusion, film extrusion, and blow molding.

EXTINITY® 0201-132 is a highly loaded; UV stabilized flame retardant concentrate for letdown in polyethylene resin systems. EXTINITY® 0201-132 is designed to minimize or eliminate handling concerns such as blocking, static and sticking film. This product is engineered to be non-blooming and, if used at recommended use rates, to pass the Underwriters Laboratory UL-181 specification for flame retardancy. It contains a smoke suppressant.

EXTINITY® 0101-108 is a halogenated, flame retardant compound specifically designed for use in plenum tube applications. This compound has good thermal stability and can be converted easily on standard processing equipment.

Prime Polymers Evolue® SP3530 is a Linear Low Density Polyethylene product. It can be processed by cast film and is available in Asia Pacific, Europe, or North America. Applications of Evolue® SP3530 include film and coating applications.

Promyde® BF845 LN is a new experimental biobased copolyimide specially formulated for the production of cast and blown film. It is lubricated and nucleated.

ADVANCENE™ EE-1802-BSB is a part of a Butene LLDPE series designed for the Blown & Cast film process, offering high gloss and excellent draw down. Films made from ADVANCENE™ EE-1802-BSB resin have very good tensile and toughness properties.

Isocor™ 6100 is a medium viscosity PA-610. This resin is specifically suited for applications requiring low moisture absorption and greater dimensional stability. Isocor™ 6100 is also used in applications requiring good electrical insulation properties. This resin can be processed using conventional techniques.

Vibrant Colortech White VB White 9002 L is a universal grade for Injection, Blow, pipe and film extrusion.

Prime Polymers Evolue® SP4020 is a Linear Low Density Polyethylene product. It can be processed by blown film and is available in Asia Pacific, Europe, or North America. Applications of Evolue® SP4020 include film, coating applications and industrial applications.
