EXTINITY® 0201-171 has been designed to be used as a cost effective flame retardant for film products made with polyethylene resin systems. Films produced using EXTINITY® 0201-171 can be formulated to pass flammability requirements including the Boston Fire Department Test (BFD IX-1), NFPA-701, UL 94 VTM-0 and MVSS-302 automotive requirements. EXTINITY® 0201-171 does not contain DBDPO/DBDPE additives.

Santicizer® 154 is a liquid, non-halogen, triaryl phosphate ester fire retardant plasticizer used in multiple polymer systems. This plasticizer is similar to tricresyl phosphate in performance properties, but without the neuro-toxicity associated with ortho-cresol materials. Within the Santicizer® family of plasticizers, Santicizer® 154 offers the best fire retardant properties. Santicizer® 154 is a great option in many applications where fire resistance is paramount, but plasticization is not a key property or where plasticization may need to be compensated for.

Santicizer® 1462 is a modified alkyl aryl phosphate ester for flexible PVC products that must meet stringent flame retardancy standards. Santicizer® 1462 is specially recommended for plastisol applications where critical processing conditions must be combined with high fire-retardancy of the end product.
