Crystic® Polyester Resin 272 is an isophthalic polyester resin. It is recommended for use in high-performance applications using filament winding, pultrusion, and centrifugal or contact molding processes. The fully cured laminates have high mechanical strength and excellent strength retention in wet environments at temperatures up to 60ºC.

ISO112 is an isophthalic unsaturated polyester resin type 1140 according to DIN 16946-2. ISO112 is particular indicated in outdoor application.

Conformat N751 is a continuous strand, glass fiber reinforcing mat. N751 is a semi-porous mat most frequently used for structural strength in flat or slightly contoured parts manufactured by Resin Transfer Molding (RTM), Compression Molding and Closed Mold Injection. N751 functions equally well as reinforcement in both Pultrusion and Continuous Lamination processes. With the addition of an optional extra surface veil, N751 provides an outstanding surface finish.

This is a continuous filament reinforcing mat designed for flat-sheet epoxy laminate production. It has been treated with a suitable bonding resin and coupling agent and has good handling properties and weight uniformity

StarRov® E-glass direct roving PR 80 300 076 is drawn directly from the glass melting and wound to a roving bobbin without turn. It is characterized by a soft silane size that is especially recommended for weaving process or the production of cores, especially multiaxial fabrics. The direct roving 076 has a good impregnation with polyester, epoxy and vinyl ester resins, low wear and guarantees high mechanical strength of the final product.

Polyform Veil Mat PVM/300/V40/120 is a stitch-bonded reinforcement textile consisting of polyester spunlace nonwoven stitched to a layer of chopped strand glass fiber.

3B Fiberglass CM6060 is a non-wo-ven mat made out of ECR glass _x005F_x001f_laments, consisting of continuous _x005F_x001f_bres randomly oriented in multiple layers. The glass _x005F_x001f_bre is bonded with a silane coupling agent and the layers held together with a suitable binder. The CM 6060 & CM 6065 family products contain an insoluble binder compatible with a large range of thermoset matrices like both un_x005F_x001f_lled or _x005F_x001f_lled unsaturated polyester (UP), vinyl ester (VE), epoxy (EP) Both CM 60606 and CM 6065 mats are characterized by their white color and are ideally suited for pultrusion pro-cesses for wide, long and heavy parts but as well for narrow and complex pro_x005F_x001f_les. The excellent mechanical properties provided by 3B CFM combined with the good electrical properties of the resins make the pultruded parts attractive for the electrical apparatus (high voltage), transportation industries and infrastruc-tures equipments.

3B Fiberglass M 8643 is a non-woven mat made out of E-CR glass filaments, consisting of continuous fibers randomly oriented in multiple layers. The glass fiber is bonded with a silane coupling agent and the layers held toge-ther with a suitable binder. The M 8643 products contain an inso-luble binder compatible with a large range of thermoset matrices like both unfilled or filled unsaturated polyester (UP), vinyl ester (VE), epoxy (EP) and polyurethane (PU) resin systems. The M 8643 emulsion mat is ideally suited for pultrusion processes for wide, long and heavy parts but also for narrow and complex profiles. The excellent mechanical properties provided by 3B CFM combined with the good electrical properties of the resins (i.e. UP) make the pultruded parts attractive for the electrical apparatus (high voltage), trans-portation industries and infrastructure equipments.

Muehlmeier E-glass mat E-CSM - powder bonded E-CSM 225 consists of cut and non-orientated E-glass strands which have silane size. The binding of the strands amongst each other happens by a powder mat binder on polyester base which is easily soluble in styrene. Working happens in the well-known contact – or continuous processes. The mat is suitable for UP, EP and vinyl ester resins.

Biresin® CR144 is a three component, anhydride cured, low viscosity epoxy resin system suitable for the production of high performance fi bre reinforced composites.

PRF Composite Materials RS-M135 is an ultra low viscosity laminating system formulated for use in the manufacture of composite components from glass, carbon and aramid fibers. The system is suitable for components requiring high static and fatigue strength properties using injectin molding (e.g. RTM), vacuum infusion and pultrusion processes. At 25°C the mixed viscosity is approximately 200 mPa s and may be lowered further to a value of 100 - 150 mPa s by warming the resin (see page 5), thus even complicated parts with long flow paths can be injected without difficulty. With a mold temperature of around 30°C, the temperature rise with hardener RS-MH137 remains very slight, allowing thicker parts to be built at elevated temperatures.

Nattex 2L is a semi-finished product in natural fiber in the form of continuous technical flax fibers. It comes as roving direct in natural fibers with pure flax of 2g/m.

NORSODYNE® M 01075 - Pure maleic unsaturated polyester resin in styrene. It is used to produce bmc and smc manufacture,good superficial appearance through hot press molding,pultrusion method.
