MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® AWL 10 WT1308-05LB is a base polymer composed of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer containing 10% special filler. It has special features such as high reflectivity and opacity and is used for automotive and lighting applications, such as light guides and reflectors. To process this polymer, injection molding with a melt temperature of 220-260°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C should be used. It should also be stored in a dry, light-protected area.

MOCOM Compounds Alcom® CFX ABS 1000 UV 16013 GY1018-16MC is a metallic-effect acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene copolymer base polymer that has been UV-stabilized for improved durability. It is designed for injection-molded parts, particularly housings and bezels. Prior to processing, it should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80 °C for 2-4 hours or in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours, depending on the moisture content.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/660 is a pre-drying acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene/copolymer suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-240°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C, and is also suitable for extrusion, with easy release (demolding). It should be handled with care to ensure longevity and avoid damage.
