The Sunspheres™ 200 Nm ST- 3 are surface treated*, optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for optimum dispersion in coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. Cured films show enhanced physical and mechanical properties including increased corrosion resistance, reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, and enhanced surface qualities such as mar and scratch resistance. This product is particularly useful in improving impact resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from 50 to 500 nm.

Bomar BR-3741AJ is an aliphatic 1.3 acrylate functional polyether urethane. The extremely elongative nature of BR-3741AJ makes it an excellent candidate for consideration in UV light-curable PSAs as a reactive tackifier. It is also used as a co-oligomer for adhesion promotion in coatings. Films formulated with BR-3741AJ are highly flexible, elastomeric, and tacky. This oligomer is an excellent adhesion promoter, and compared to other reactive tackifiers it results in relatively tougher films. It is a perfect choice for optically clear UV pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs).

VIVAPUR® Alginate FDG 155 is a sodium alginate in form of a creamy-white powder. With the addition of higher valent ions (e.g. Ca2+) it can be used to form gels or biobased and transparent films, which provide oil and oxygen barrier properties. VIVAPUR® Alginate FDG 155 is an EU approved food additive which complies with the specifications according to Reg. (EU) No. 231/2012 and Food Chemical Codex.

EBECRYL® 525 is a modified polyester resin expertly diluted with 40% tripropyleneglycol diacrylate. This product is particularly well-suited for applications in laminating adhesives, contributing to effective bonding between materials like paper/aluminum, paper/LDPE, and paper/polypropylene, among others. Additionally, EBECRYL® 525 finds recommendations for use in screen ink vehicles, providing good inter-coat adhesion, and as an adherable primer coating on metals. Its attributes include faster cycle time, low-temperature curing, low energy consumption, and long pot life, making it a good choice for radiation-curable coatings.

SYNPRINT AC 5151 is an acrylic polymer based on multiphase technology. This is a proprietary process that combines two different types of polymers in the same polymer network. It allows a balanced combination and an overall improvement of the physical properties of the two polymers. VYNOVA™ S6502 is a high molecular weight and high porosity vinyl chloride homopolymer. It is a general purpose resin suitable for extrusion, calendering of both rigid and flexible PVC articles: profiles, sheets & films, compounds, and flooring.

Teckrez® C95-109L is an aromatic (C9) tackifier resin, aliphatic (C5) modified with improved color and odor. C5 modification provides improved EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) compatibility making Teckrez® C95-109L an effective tackifier in EVA hot melt adhesives. Teckrez® HM-1000 is a Styrenated Hydrogenated hydrocarbon resin used where water-white color, excellent heat stability, narrow molecular weight distribution and a degree of polarity are beneficial. HM-1000 enables formulation of premium EVA and mPE-based hot melt adhesives providing better specific adhesion when compared to standard hydrogenated hydrocarbon resins. Other applications include hot melt PSA's, premium aerosol adhesives, elastomeric sealants, wax compounding, medical adhesives, and others.

PMB200BGP are photochromic in pellet form. They reversibly change color with exposure to sunlight or UV radiation in the range of 300 to 360nm. They are colorless in their un-reacted state.

Tykote 1019 is a carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion that has a firm hand with excellent film strength properties. It is intended for use as a base polymer in the formulation of barrier coatings for paper and paperboard packaging. Tykote 1019 imparts excellent water resistance, and has good adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces. Tykote 1019 is recommended for use in paper and paperboard coatings where a high degree of water and water vapor resistance is needed. It may also be formulated into barrier laminating adhesives for paper-to-paper, paper-to-film, and foil-to-paper. Tasnee LD 1925F is a Low Density Polyethylene with a Melt Flow Rate of 2.0 g/10min (190°C/2.16 kg). Tasnee LD 1925F is mainly recommended for crosslinked and non-crosslinked foam applications. It designed to provide uniform cell distribution during LDPE foam extrusion process. Special additive package is used to control the foam cell structure so that uniform cell size and distribution occurred during foam extrusion process. It has a suitable molecular structure and special additive package for providing control and uniform foam cell structure and excellent mechanical properties to the foam. Tasnee LD 1925F can be easily processed on all types of LDPE foam extrusion equipment. The melt temperature is recommended to be in the range of 160 - 200°C.
