Syntran® 3211 is based on shell-core technology. This technology creates a film with very high gloss, block resistance, rub resistance, and printability with multiple ink types. This technology also allows for excellent adhesion over multiple substrate types. This milky dispersion is used in label, board, and packaging coatings (OPV).

Syntran® PA-1475 is based on a patented acrylic-olefin graft technology. This unique incorporation of olefin onto the backbone of the acrylic increases the wear resistance and stability of the formulation without sacrificing the burnishability of the wax when used in a floor finish.

Syntran® 6209 is based on high-solids technology. This technology creates a film with very high flexibility, excellent water resistance, and excellent coverage. This technology also allows for excellent adhesion over multiple substrate types. This white emulsion is used in adhesives, textile and leather coatings, pigmented coatings and sealants, label, board, and packaging coatings (OPV).

SYNTHOLUX BW 2096 is a radiation-curing, tin-free UV-dispersion with very excellent mattability and good chemical resistance already after physically drying. It is suitable for waterborne wood application with very good grain enhancement and very good matting behavior. Surfaces are re-emulsifiable before UV curing. It has applications in industrial coatings, furniture coatings, wood flooring, other printing, and packaging applications.

SYNTHOLUX BW 2223 is a radiation-curing, tin-free UV-dispersion with good mattability and excellent chemical resistance. It is suitable for waterborne wood application and has very good matting behavior. This product can be used for clear and pigmented coatings. It has applications in furniture coatings, industrial coatings, wood flooring, other packaging, and paper applications.

Texicryl® 13-814 is a styrene acrylic copolymer aqueous dispersion with excellent flexibility and adhesion properties. It is suitable for use as the main binder in flexo or gravure inks and has good clarity so is suitable for offset overprint. This acrylic dispersion will also be suitable to compound into barrier coatings, as it exhibits very low MVTR and Cobb values.

Texicryl® 13-319 is a hydrophobically modified alkali swellable emulsion designed for use as a rheology modifier in waterbased formulations. It is highly effective in modifying viscosities at low shear rates to avoid both settling and sagging. It has been designed for use in the formulation of textured coatings, woodstains, paints and waterborne coating systems.

Texicryl® 13-813 is a modified styrene acrylic copolymer designed for use in off-set overprinting varnishes. It has been formulated to give excellent gloss over print and superior holdout over unprinted areas. It may also be used for certain graphic arts applications to non-absorbent substrates.

Texicryl® 13-607 is a pure acrylic copolymer emulsion designed for use in a broad range of formulations requiring low VOC, low water uptake and excellent water whitening resistance. It is designed for use in artist’s color formulations as well as for low VOC interior and exterior coating systems. It also shows good water blanching resistance.

Texicryl® 13-665 is designed for use in a broad range of formulations where low VOC is required. It has been specifically designed MIT free to meet the new regulatory requirements for artist’s color paints. It meets all environmental demands, such as low VOC, APEO-free and formaldehyde-free with no compromise on quality and performance.

Texicryl® 13-819 is a styrene acrylate based vehicle designed for high gloss heat resistant overprint varnishes. It has been designed for use in hard polymers normally used in the formulating of overprint varnishes, and it can be blended into OPV’s to partially replace the hard polymer and enhance the gloss level. The product is free from APEO based surfactants.

Texicryl® 13-809 is a styrene acrylic emulsion polymer designed for high gloss, water-based overprint varnishes and heat resistant inks. This styrene acrylic binder has been designed to provide superb clarity, water resistance, heat resistance, gloss etc. It can be used as deblocking modifier.

Rovene 6090 is a functionally modified, water-based vinyl acetate copolymer latex. As a water-based release coating, Rovene 6090 is recommended as a blending component for Rovene 6091 to modify the degree of adhesive release. On its own, this fast drying, firm copolymer has excellent mechanical stability during application and provides a final coating with very tight release values. When combined with Rovene 6091, release values can be easily tailored to specific needs. Rovene 6091 is a functionally modified vinyl acetate copolymer latex recommended for use as a water-based release coating. As a water based release coating, Rovene 6091 is recommended for use with adhesives exhibiting a high degree of tack. Rovene 6091 is recommended as a blending component for Rovene 6090 to modify the degree of adhesive release. Sunspheres™ 200 Nm are optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for use in a wide variety of coatings, inks, adhesives, powder coatings, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These sub-micron sized spheres can be used to improve physical and mechanical properties including reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, impact resistance, and enhanced surface qualities such as hardness, mar and scratch resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from about 50 nm to 500 nm.

The Sunspheres™ 200 Nm ST- 3 are surface treated*, optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for optimum dispersion in coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. Cured films show enhanced physical and mechanical properties including increased corrosion resistance, reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, and enhanced surface qualities such as mar and scratch resistance. This product is particularly useful in improving impact resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from 50 to 500 nm.

SYNPRINT AC 4120 is a water-based, cationic acrylic copolymer solution. SYNPRINT AC 4120 is recommended for primers with excellent adhesion on paper/paperboards and labels.
