FlameGard™ is a ground Bayer hydrated alumina designed for specific application in polymeric adhesive backing of tufted carpeting to provide a level of flame retardancy to the carpet system. It is specially ground to maintain relatively coarse particle distributions in the median range of 22 to 26 microns and provides a high loading potential in high viscosity backing compounds. FlameGard ATH has a slight off-white or ivory color that is acceptable in most applications.

BNX DLTDP (123-28-4)is a thioether antioxidant. High solubility and superior properties make it particularly suitable for the protection of plastics, rubber, synthetic fibers, and petroleum products against deterioration and discoloration. BNX 1225 TPR is a 45% active pelletized concentrate of the antioxidant blend BNX 1225 in an SIS (styrene-isoprene-styrene) thermoplastic rubber. The BNX 1225 component is a synergistic blend of BNX 1010 and Benefos® 1680 at a 1:1 ratio, which provides excellent heat stability and oxidation resistance. It also exhibits good compatibility with resins and excellent extraction resistance. The SIS component has a styrene content of 14%, diblock content of 12% and a melt index of 9.

When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting point (PE, PP, PVC, PET), coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and/or acrylic adhesives. RELEASE K 100 DI is produced through a particular polymerization tecnique completely free of heavy metal catalysts. The product does not contain silicone components.

Kanatol 4M (DBM) is clear, colorless and almost odorless liquid. also used in co-monomers such as the vinyl acetate, vinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride and so on, having the effect of increasing the bindability and internal plasticization; also can be used as the plasticizer of the PVC resin and methacrylic acid resins; as the solvent, it can be used for prepareing the chromophotograph emulsion and special type ink, etc.; it also can be used as the gelation accelerator, adhesive, vapor-phase chromatography fixing solution, anticorrosive additive, insecticide, bactericide and surfactant.

BLS 1130 (104810-48-2 & 104810-47-1)is a liquid benzotriazole UV absorber that provides outstanding light stability to industrial and automotive coatings. It blends easily and disperses completely, reducing loading requirements and virtually eliminating particle dispersion problems associated with solid UV absorbers. The liquid form is also highly compatible with a wide variety of coating systems, including waterborne and solvent-based systems. BLS 1130 is also useful as a light stabilizer in other applications including plastics, adhesives, and sealants.

Benetex OB Plus (7128-64-5)is a heat resistant, solvent soluble, chemically stable fluorescent whitener that provides brighter looking colors. It is used to offset the yellowness of a polymer and to yield a whiter appearance. Optical brighteners create brilliance by absorbing UV light, modifying the wavelength of the light and then emitting the light in a fluorescent fashion. Benetex OB Plus can also be used as a tracer in various applications and as an optical brightener in thermoplastics, coatings, printing inks, dyes, man-made fibers, waxes, fats, and oils. This fine powder form is ideally suited for: 1.) screen printing applications where reduced clogging of equipment is critical to increase productivity and 2.) clear-coat applications where efficiency of dispersion and a smooth coating appearance is needed
