GRP BUTYL RECLAIM GRP BRI85 is made from used butyl tubes. When incorporated in recipe provides faster mixing & extrusion, reduced power consumption. It is best suited for inner tubes, tire inner liner, adhesives, cable compound. Butyl rubber is a synthetic rubber, a copolymer of isobutylene with isoprene. Generally it’s called as IIR. It stands for isobutylene isoprene rubber. Butyl rubber is impermeable to air and used in many applications requiring an airtight rubber. The first major applications of butyl rubber are tire inner tubes and Inner Liner. Some other applications are adhesives, bladders, sealants and chewing gum.

AGITAN DF 677 is a defoamer for all common emulsion systems. It provides the following properties: Extremely versatile; Good compatibility; Effective over a wide pH range.

AGITAN P 804 is recommended in such cases where oil based defoamers do not work. It is used in dry blends which are dissolved in water before application. The addition of AGITAN P 804 results in low foaming solutions, specifically aqueous pastes or masses with very low air content.

AGITAN 305 is recommended for aqueous emulsion systems, specifically for low odor and non-polluting formulations. It is compatible with all common binders.

Kraton D1155 ES - supplied as porous pellets dusted with amorphous silica Kraton D1155 E is used in the modification of polymers and in compounds for technical and footwear applications. It is also used in formulating adhesives, sealants and coatings and as a modifier for bitumen.

Kraton D1101 A polymer is a clear, linear block copolymer based on styrene and butadiene bound styrene of 31% mass. 

LESTAC P140 is from light color to pale yellow color, catalysis or thermo-polymerization process,thermoplastic resin, obtained from mainly thermal polymerizing unsaturated aromatic and indene derived from the process of thermal cracking of naphtha. It's characterized by low molecular wight, a high level of compatibility and excellent resistance to acids, alkali and moisture, so the major usages are Paint, Printing Ink, Rubber Compound and Tire. This grade also can be use as tackifier in hot-melt adhesive, water repellent agent, concrete curing agent and binder for asphalt.

Kraton D-1161 polymer is a clear linear triblock copolymer based on styrene and isoprene, with bound styrene of 15% mass. Kraton D-1161 polymer is used in fomulating adhesives ,sealants and coatings, and may also be used as a modifier of bitumen.

UNI-REZ 111 polyamide resin is an alcohol soluble type resin that is used for flexographic printing. It has balanced properties making it a good choice for general purpose flexographic surface printing.
