AGITAN 760 is a highly effective siloxane defoamer for aqueous emulsion and water reducible systems. It is particularly effective in aqueous printing inks. A non-ionic structure provides excellent compatibility with most common binders.

CoatOSil™ 7602 coatings additive is a silicone copolymer with a polyethylene-oxide (EO) pendant side chain. The silicone portion of the molecule can help provide benefits such as good mar resistance and antiblock capabilities. The EO component enables ide compatibility with water-borne coatings and inks. This chemical structure makes CoatOSil™ 7602 coatings additive an excellent candidate for water-borne coatings and inks requiring a low coefficient of friction (COF) for increased slip.

Omnirad 4265 is a highly effective liquid photoinitiator blend, used for UV-polymerisation of suitable resins. Omnirad 4265 is easily incorporated into waterborne formulations.

Esacure KIP 75 LT is a liquid mixture of Esacure KIP 150 (75%) and Tripropyleneglycoldiacrylate(25%). It is an oligomeric polyfunctional α-hydroxyketone characterized by high reactivity and non-yellowing properties. It is particularly recommended when low odor is a required characteristic.

PHOTOMER® 4149 is an aliphatic trifunctional acrylate of low viscosity, low skin irritancy and excellent crosslinking reactivity. In comparison to other trifunctional acrylates, it is an unusually effective reactive diluent with excellent solvency and viscosity reducing characteristics in radiation curable formulations based on epoxy, polyurethane, and polyester oligomers.

Esacure KIP 100F is a liquid mixture of Esacure KIP 150 (70% ) and Omnirad 1173 (30%) and is particularly recommended for high reactivity, low odor and color stability.

PHOTOMER® 4017 (HDDA) is a low viscosity diluent for UV and EB radiation curable lacquers and pigmented coatings, used in paper and board coatings, wood finishes vinyl flooring and flexible vinyl.

Photomer® 4184 is a monofunctional urethane acrylate which can be used as a reactive diluent for radiation curable coatings, inks and adhesives. It is non-yellowing with a low odor and offers improved flexibility and adhesion to plastics. It exhibit of low shrinkage and high elongation and stress at break with a Tg of - 3°C.

Esacure TZM is a liquid mixture of Benzophenone (50%) and 4-Methylbenzophenone (50%). It is particularly indicated for the photopolymerisation of UV curable systems when high reactivity, low curing odor and low yellowing are required. The radical generation occurs via hydrogen abstraction by the action of a co-initiator such as tertiary amines.

CoatOSil™ 7608 trisiloxane coatings additive into water-borne coatings and inks can help with smooth and efficient spreading, even on hard-to-wet surfaces . Photomer® 4158 is a high molecular weight analog of ethoxylated TMPTA (Photomer® 4149). Because of its increased ethoxylate content, Photomer® 4158 exhibits greater hydrophilic characteristics than unmodified acrylate polyols and will provide an excellent starting point for developing water dispersible UV/EB curable inks and coatings.

Omnirad MBF is a highly efficient, liquid, Type II photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates, after exposure to UV light. It forms free radicals through an intramolecular hydrogen abstraction process. The use of amines is not recommended as this may lead to efficiency decrease, stability upon storage issues or stronger odor. PHOTOMER® 4173 is a proprietary UV/EB curable acrylate oligomer of low functionality and low viscosity. Designed primarily for use in etch-resist inks for printed circuit board manufacture, it can be readily formulated into a UV curable screen ink which exhibits good scratch resistance and improved stripping characteristics.

Spectra Group Limited H-Nu 640MP can cure a wide range of acrylate resins via free-radical mechanism. It is a commercial photoinitiator with a broad absorbance range of 570 nm to 670 nm (λmax = 649nm in DMSO).

Omnicat 320 is a colorless liquid photoinitiator of mixed triarylsulfonium hexafluoroantimonate salts in propylene carbonate. Omnicat 320 has been designed for the cationic curing of inks and coatings based on epoxy, oxetane, and vinyl ether formulations. Omnicat 320 exhibits high cure-speed, low odor, and excellent post cure.

bossin® W-33 has excellent properties in curing, fast, heat resistance, low shrinkage and low irritation.

ADDAPT PolySurF ACE is a solvent free polymerisable additive. It imparts benefits like: acid resistance, high gloss, excellent pigment wetting, water repellence, film appearance, UV stability and improved adhesion to thermoplastics. It is the Acrylic Acid adduct of the epoxy ester of Versatic Acid.

CoatOSil™ 7605 coatings additive has been shown to provide these same performance enhancements to powder coating formulations. Unlike most others in the CoatOSil™ line of additives, it is the waxy solid nature of CoatOSil™ 7605 coatings additive that can allow it be incorporated into powder coating formulations.
