Products in Adhesives & Sealants: Reactive Diluent

Omnimer ACMO is a low viscosity, monofunctional UV reactive diluent for UV and EB radiation curable formulations. The product exhibits of excellent heat resistance and low odor (due to its low vapor pressure) .

Bisomer® BZMA (Benzyl Methacrylate) is a low viscosity mono-functional monomer suitable for a wide range of applications.

PHOTOMER® 4050 is an aliphatic difunctional acrylate of low viscosity, low volatility, good flexibility and reactivity. It is an effective reactive diluent with good viscosity reducing and solvency characteristics for a wide range of radiation curable acrylated oligomers and prepolymers.

Denacol EX-313 is used in cross-linking agent for aqueous coating material, cross-linking agent for aqueous adhesive and surface treatment agent for fiber.

Jiangsu Tetrachem TTA184 is a transparent pale yellow liquid with the chemical name Diglycidyl 1,2-cyclohexanedicarboxylate. This product has saturated aliphatic structure which makes its strong resistance to light. It has low viscosity, heat and weather resistance and electrical insulation. TTA184 is primarily used in coatings and adhesives.

Jiangsu Tetrachem TTA21 is a clear yellow color cycloaliphatic epoxy resin. The chemical name for this product is 3,4-Epoxycyclohexylmethyl 3,4-Epoxycyclohexane Carboxylate. This product is generally used with polyacid and anhydride cures. Cycloaliphatic Epoxy Resin TTA21 is primarily used in coatings to protect weather resistance, optical adhesives and UV-curing printing inks.

Bisomer® PEG200DMA is a low viscosity aliphatic dimethacrylate monomer ideally used as a co-monomer for improving mechanical properties and chemical resistance.
