Zhejiang Wecan Biotechnology aspartame

Zhejiang Wecan Biotechnology Aspartame , commonly known as sweetener. Aspartame is a white crystalline powder, odorless and has a strong sweet taste; the sweetness of its dilute solution is about 180 times that of sucrose. Its sweetness is very similar to that of granulated sugar, and it has a cooling sensation without bitterness or metallic taste. The pH value of 0.8% aqueous solution is 4.5-6. Prolonged heating or high temperature can cause damage. It is unstable in aqueous solution, easy to decompose and lose its sweetness. It is more stable at low temperature and pH 3-5. The solubility in water is about 1%, and 0.26mg/100ml in ethanol.
