HY-2 does not need to be made into a pre-gel, and can be directly added as a dry powder at any stage of the coating and ink preparation process. Compared with conventional products, HY-2 has a higher efficiency during use and can reduce the amount added.
The dosage of HY-2 in the system is usually 0.2~2.0% (weight ratio)

- Suitable solvent
In alcohol, ketone (more than 4 carbon atoms), ethylene glycol, ethylene glycol ether, propylene carbonate and aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, phthalates, vegetable oils and other solvent mixture systems. If the above organic system is mixed with methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, methyl ethyl ketone, acetone and ethyl acetate, HY-2 can show good results, and the amount of highly polar solvent generally does not exceed 20% of the total solvent system.

The outer package is kraft paper bag, and the inner package adopts double-layer packaging of polyethylene film bag or valve mouth paper bag.The weight is usually 25±0.25KG or according to user requirements.
