Yuyao Zhongfa Engineering Plastics G20S is grade of PET Reinforced Flame Retardant Polyethylene Terephthalate which offers good mechanical properties, good fatigue resistance, thermooxidizing resistance, soldering resistance, good dielectric strength, good flow and processibility, good flammability after joined flame retardant agent. Reinforced flame retardant PET is used for household electric appliance parts, communications, equipment's, printed plate board, rectifier parts, industrial switchboard, electrical appliances with inlays, electric coil skeleton, integrated circuit parts, automobile electrical appliances, etc.

Technical Details & Test Data

Reinforced Flame Retardant PET Processing Conditions: Injection temperature 250~285℃, mold temperature 60~100℃,injection pressure 80~120MPa, eliminate moisture at 125~130℃ for 5~8 hours.
