Wholesome Natural Fair Trade Whole Cane Sugar (also known as Sucanat® or Panela) is a wholly unrefined cane sugar. As Whole Cane Sugar still contains all of the sugarcane’s natural molasses, it has a deep brown color and a distinct, natural flavor that’s ideal for chocolate-based recipes, baked goods, BBQ sauces, marinades, and more.

Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Powdered Sugar (Bulk) is made from 100% certified organic sugar cane, grown and produced without the use of herbicides, pesticides or chemicals. Our powdered sugar is made by simply grinding our Organic Sugar to a fine, fluffy powder (12x or 6x) and adding 3% organic tapioca to prevent clumping. Unlike refined white powdered sugar with its overpowering, chalky sweetness, Wholesome Organic Powdered Sugar retains a bit of the cane’s natural molasses to give a smooth, mellow and rounded flavor. It is perfect for cookies, frostings, fillings, dusting, and baking. Use as a one-for-one replacement for refined powdered sugar. Try dusting whole grain waffles or stuffed crepes with a bit of Wholesome Organic Powdered Sugar for a special breakfast treat. When making simple water icing, the organic powdered sugar gives a faint golden color and delectable mellow toffee flavor derived from the natural molasses retained in the unrefined, unbleached organic sugar.

Wholesome Natural Sucanat® has long been a favorite natural sweetener of the health food consumer. Its light molasses flavor enhances many foods, especially cookies, cakes, breads, and sauces. Natural Sucanat® is a granule, not a crystal, which has functional qualities desired by manufacturers. It has quick dissolvability and free-flowing moisture content, which results in a long shelf life for finished products.

Wholesome Organic Blue Agave is a natural sweetener extracted from the heart of the Blue Agave plant. Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Blue Agave Nectars are produced exclusively from organically grown and processed Blue Agave. The aguamiel, or sweet juice, is pressed from the pina, then collected and cleaned. A natural time and temperature process transforms the agave nectar into organic, unrefined syrup with a high level of natural fructose.

Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Raw Blue Agave (Bulk) is a natural sweetener harvested from the core of the Blue Agave plant. Organic Blue Agave is a mild delicious syrup that is a ideal for sweetening beverages, oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, cereal and more. It is also great in smoothies, iced tea, or cocktails as it dissolves quickly in cold beverages. Agave is easy to bake with as well. Try it wherever you would use a tabletop sugar.

Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Cane Sugar (Bulk) is made from organic sugar cane grown in South America. The cane juice, rich in molasses, vitamins and minerals, is squeezed from fresh sugar cane, evaporated and crystallized. The result is a blonde-colored, perfectly sweet natural sugar that will enhance your favorite coffee, tea, cereal or baked goods. Use as a one-for-one replacement for refined white sugar.

Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Coconut Palm Sugar (Bulk) is a rich, unrefined brown sugar with a deep caramel flavor. It is produced by tapping the sweet nectar from the tropical coconut palm tree flower and drying the nutrient rich juice in a large open kettle drum. The juice condenses into a delicious, handmade whole brown sugar that adds warm color and a depth of flavor to baking. It is delightful in brownies, cookies and cakes and also makes a perfect topping for oatmeal. Organic Coconut Palm Sugar also is commonly used to sweeten Asian dishes, sauces and beverages.

Wholesome Organic Blackstrap Molasses is made from certified organic cane sugar that is grown on farms employing sustainable agricultural growing practices. Our molasses is processed under strict organic standards without synthetic chemicals and is unsulphured. Blackstrap-style molasses is made near the end of the sugar process, which is why it is the most nutritious and full-flavored molasses. Wholesome Organic Blackstrap Molasses is grown and produced in South America.
