POMALUX

Pomalux® SD-A is non-carbon-filled, non-migratory, permanently antistatic acetal co-polymer offering surface resistivity of 109 – 1011 ohms/sq which is non-humidity dependent. Natural in color, this material offers enhanced lubricity, provides superior wear resistance, and ease of machining. Exhibiting low outgassing and non-sloughing characteristics, it is optimal for ESD applications where carbon sloughing cannot be accepted.

Pomalux® Polyoxymethylene (POMC) is a high-performance acetal copolymer used for a wide range of applications. Pomalux® has good chemical and high-temperature resistance. As a semi-crystalline material, Pomalux® has good wear resistance and low frictional characteristics.Pomalux® also has low moisture absorption making Pomalux® a good candidate for a wide range of structural and mechanical components that carry or transmit loads in dry or wet environments .

Pomalux® CN-P is a conductive acetal co-polymer. It is a carbon powder filled material offering consistent surface resisitivty of 10² – 10⁶ ohms/sq, and also provides enhanced mechanical characteristics including strength and stiffness.

Pomalux® CN-F is conductive acetal copolymer that contains non-sloughing carbon-fibers which not only act to produce a conductive material with surface resisitivty of 102 – 106 ohms/sq, but also provides enhanced mechanical characteristics including strength and stiffness.
