Custom Coating

Wayne Mills offers custom extrusions of thermoplastics and polyester based adhesives.  The extrusions can be applied as coatings directly to our woven narrow fabrics or as a film to a release liner.  We currently provide extrusions up to six inches wide and up to 30 mils thick.  In addition, we offer custom pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) extrusion services.  Our in-house tooling and machining capabilities enable us to quickly provide customized full- or specialized zoned coating options on both thermoplastic and PSA extrusions.

Custom Put Ups

In the fabric and textiles industry, a “put up” refers to the yardage as well as what the yardage is going on, for example a 50 yard roll of grosgrain. This is an important way to distinguish the means of storage used to get fabric from our factory to your facilities. At Wayne Mills, we offer custom put ups and packing ranging from rolls, spools, or packaged in a custom made box. Additionally, we offer a variety of cutting techniques to match your specific needs. Options include cut-to-length using our high precision automated cutting machines, hot cutting, and cold cutting.
