Processing
POWERSIL® 440 MH can be easily processed like other standard HCR grades. A profitable processing is easygoing as POWERSIL® 440 MH is shipped ready-to-use. Press-molding and injection-molding are suitable for crosslinking POWERSIL® 440 MH. After vulcanizing, post curing of the parts is highly recommended at a temperature of 200 °C. While post curing be careful to have sufficient ventilation.
