Processing
- POWERSIL® 352 MH can be easily processed like other standard HCR grades. A profitable processing is easygoing for POWERSIL® 352 MH is shipped ready-to-use.
-
Press-molding and injection-molding are suitable for POWERSIL® 352 MH for vulcanizing.
-
Processing temperature depends on e.g. the peroxide used and the design of the articles. After vulcanizing post curing of the parts is highly recommended at a temperature of about 150°C up to 200°C, depending on the thickness.
-
While post curing be careful to have sufficient ventilation in the ventilating ovens.
