ELASTOSIL® M silicone rubber has been the ideal solution for the production of molds that are highly elastic and have excellent release properties and optimum durability. These invaluable processing properties make ELASTOSIL® M indispensable, to both industrial and artisan mold makers.

ELASTOSIL® M

SILFAR® is the name of WACKER’s range of silicone-based products specifically intended for the pharmaceutical and food industries, as well as for use in fermentation and other biotech processes. SILFAR® products feature outstanding chemical resistance. They are not resorbed in the digestive tract, and are therefore not metabolized. They are colorless and odorless.

WACKER’s CAVAQ10® is a highly bioavailable coenzyme Q10 powder. This fat-soluble, vitamin-like substance is a known antioxidant. Coenzyme Q10 has been associated with improved cardiovascular health and supporting optimum fuctioning of the cardiac muscle. However, many commercial products do not offer adequate bioavailability. WACKER’s cyclodextrin-encapsulated CAVAQ10® powder, by contrast, has an 18-fold higher bioavailability compared to other CoQ10 products.

CAVAMAX® is the trade name for cyclodextrins from WACKER. We are the only company in the world to manufacture all three naturally occurring cyclodextrins – α, β and γ (CAVAMAX® W6, W7 and W8). CAVAMAX® cyclodextrins have unique properties resulting in a wide range of functionalities, such as stabilization, rheology control, masking of bitterness or increasing bioavailability and much more. This paves the way for innovative food, pharma and industrial applications.

With BELSIL®, you can tailor your hair-care or skin-care formulations or color cosmetics to obtain end products that are not only competitive but also meet the needs of the market.

CAVACURMIN® is a highly bioavailable curcumin complex that is around 40 times more efficiently absorbed than standard turmeric extract. The complexation with the naturally occurring oligasaccharide gamma-cyclodextrin results in a free-flowing, easily dispersible powder.

ELASTOSIL® 5000 is a one-component, acid-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with outstanding adhesion, a long shelf life, and very good processing properties for construction and industrial applications. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

ELASTOSIL® Color Paste FL Signal Violet RAL 4008 C is a ready-to-use masterbatch that contains specific pigments and reactive silicone polymers. It is commonly used for producing ELASTOSIL® liquid silicone rubber. This color paste enables homogeneous covulcanization without significantly affecting the physical properties, such as hardness, and without the risk of migration often seen in systems based on silicone oil.

ELASTOSIL® A 2000 is a one-component, thixotropic sealant intended for gasketing and sealing applications where resistance to long-life lubricants (such as hypoid gear lubricant) under harsh conditions is required. It adheres to most substrates without priming and is resistant to hot lubricating oils.

DEHESIVE® 915 is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid specifically developed to provide paper and filmic substrates with a release layer. Formulated with additional components, this versatile product offers exceptionally fast curing properties, enabling the use of formulations with low platinum concentrations.

ELASTOSIL® AUX G 3246 is a solvent-based mixture of siloxanes and reactive silanes used as adhesion promoters for silicone rubbers. It is used to pretreat metallic, ceramic, glass, or other polymeric substrate surfaces to enable excellent adhesion towards subsequently vulcanized ELASTOSIL® R solid silicone elastomers (HCR/HTV, peroxide curing).

ELASTOSIL® eco 7000 N is a one-component, neutral-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with outstanding adhesion and a long shelf life for construction, glazing, and window applications, as well as industrial applications. ELASTOSIL® eco 7000 N is produced based on a 100% exchange of fossil-based raw materials for sustainably certified renewable materials. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

SILMIX® M40 Gray is a compound used for fabricating vulcanizates that display a unique combination of characteristics. They are recognized for their good flexibility and mechanical properties. SILMIX® M40 Gray is designed for fabricating molded articles. Moreover, post-cured parts made from this compound can be used for food contact applications and are suitable for use under recommendation "XV."

HDK® V15 is a standard synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity commonly used in various industrial applications. HDK® V15 finds its application as a thickening and thixotropic agent in silicone sealants. Additionally, it is used as a reinforcing filler in elastomers, particularly silicone elastomers.
