Vertec™ 1030

Vertec™ 1030 is a polymer and carbon fiber filled PTFE (polytetrafluorethylene) material. It is our proprietary low wearing PTFE material. This material has excellent elastic modulus and very low CTE for PTFE based materials. This material is specifically designed for dry running compressor sealing components and many other dry or demanding bearing applications where PTFE is deemed appropriate.
