They also evaluate and validate in the pilot plant for the production of meat products the doses, the application points and the shelf life of the final product, as requested by the customers.

Alkemir

Mirenat is the trademark of formulations intended for human consumption which contain Ethyl Lauroyl Arginate (LAE®). MIRENAT® product line can be used in the countries that belong to the European Union, and also in Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Israel, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in certain food products and at the doses defined in each country.

SM-1035® is a liquid formulation based on potassium sorbate. Vedeqsa offers a wide range of preservative formulations in solid and liquid form to extend the shelf life of the food products. In this category there are products based on sobates, diacetates and lactates, as well as clean label formulations.
