The material iscombined in the field utilizing StructureWrap™ V2 200 Epoxy to form a glass fiber reinforced polymer(GFRP) laminate used to strengthen and/or upgrade structural elements.

StructureWrap™ V2 190 UC is a proprietary high tensile strength, stitch bonded, unidirectional carbon fiber fabriccertified by ICC-ES as meeting building code requirements. The material is combined in the field utilizingStructureWrap™ V2 200 Epoxy to form a carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) laminate used to strengthenand/or upgrade structural elements.

StructureWrap™ V2 200 Epoxy Resin is a two-component 100% solids, moisture-tolerant, highstrength, high modulus epoxy certified by ICC-ES as meeting building code requirements. It wasdeveloped specifically for use as the matrix resin in the StructureWrap™ V2 090 UC, V2 190UC, V2140 UG or the V2 280 UG systems.

V2 Composites V2 CFRP Bar is a heavy-duty strengthening system for reinforced concrete and timber. It consists of twocomponents: V2 100 for bonding reinforcement and V2 CFRP laminates.

V2 Composites V2 T-Biscuits are custom carbon/glass fiber reinforced plastic laminates designed to repairfailed flange-to-flange shear connectors of pre-cast concrete (single & double) Tee beams. Aspecially engineered tri-axial carbon fabric is used to provide high strength, while a proprietarytextured glass fabric is bonded on the exterior face to provide additional toughness as well as arough bonding surface. The constituent resin matrix is a proprietary epoxy with proven ability toprovide strength along with superior chemical resistance, especially to salt and gasoline. Using aproprietary aerospace composite manufacturing technique, the fabric and resin are combined toform a finished composite laminate.
