ResinGard® Water Softener Salt Pellets contain a resin cleaning agent for resin bed water softeners. ResinGard® Water Softener Salt Pellets are designed to remove various raw water contaminants that become entrapped in the softener mineral bed, thereby reducing its softening capacity. ResinGard® brand contains a surface active agent (surfactant) which effectively removes contaminants from the resin bed and allow them to be flushed away in the rinse cycle of the softener regeneration. Unlike other resin cleaning agents, which have to be added separately to the brine tank, ResinGard® Cleansing Formula is distributed throughout the salt. This convenience continuously delivers its cleaning action, cycle after cycle.

Superior Rust Free® is designed for areas with high iron content. It contain a rust removal additive for resin bed water softeners, help provide rust-free softened water. It helps prevent rust discoloration on tubs, toilets, sinks, dishes, cookware, and laundry.

Superior TX-10® Iodized Salt is a food grade, cubic crystalline Sodium Chloride of variable particle size distribution. This salt is obtained from underground salt deposits by deep well solution mining. Subsequent evaporation of this brine by the vacuum pan system, under stringent process control, provides the highest purity and minimal insoluble extraneous matter for salt. The food grade anti-caking agent, Yellow Prussiate of Soda, is added in accordance with 21CFR 172.490.When this salt is incorporated into a food product, the additive is considered incidental, non-functional and exempt from label declaration under 21CFR 101.100(a)(3). Potassium Iodide is added as a nutritional source of Iodine and Dextrose, as a stabilizer.

Superior Alpha Purified Salt is a high Purity, food grade, cubic crystalline Sodium Chloride of variable particle size distribution. This salt is obtained from underground salt deposits by deep well solution mining. The brine is chemically purified and subsequently evaporated by the vacuum pan system, under stringent process control to provide the highest purity and minimal insoluble extraneous matter for salt. This product has low residual calcium and magnesium content and contains no additives.

Superior TNA-5® Salt is a high purity, food grade, cubic crystalline Sodium Chloride of variable particle size distribution. This salt is obtained from underground salt deposits by deep well solution mining. The brine is chemically purified and subsequently evaporated by the vacuum pan system, under stringent process control to provide the highest purity and minimal insoluble extraneous matter for salt. This product has the lowest residual sodium sulfate, calcium and magnesium content of all the US Salt grades. The food grade anticaking agent, Yellow Prussiate of Soda, is added in accordance with 21CFR 172.490. When this salt is incorporated into a food product, the additive is considered incidental, non-functional and except from label declaration under 21CFR 101.100(a)(3).
