Versitex is made using an entirely new manufacturing process. Non-woven continuous glass fibers are impregnated with polypropylene and laminated together to create a 0/90° bi-directional structure that has excellent physical and mechanical properties, plus one more critical advantage: price.
Versitex is priced about the same as conventional fiberglass-reinforced polyester (FRP). Yet, its mechanical properties are far superior. In addition, Versitex is:
Completely recyclable (No Styrenes)
Resistant to rot, corrosion and mildew
Not affected by cleaning chemicals
Easy to cut, install and repair
Standard Versitex panels are available in several different configurations and thicknesses to suit a variety of applications. Thickness of sheets is based on the number of layers that are laminated together.

ECOTEX, manufactured by US Liner, is a low cost, 'Green' alternative material from the makers of Versitex designed to create value for our customers through new innovations. 
ECOTEX is a reinforced sandwich constructed thermoplastic composite manufactured by laminating Versitex skins on to a chopped long fiber polypropylene and glass core. This low cost material is geared to the environmentally conscious organization seeking value without sacrificing performance. ECOTEX is an excellent alternative to replace wood, steel, fiberglass and other non-reinforced recycled materials.

Ecotex

Versitex® VX10 is a cost-effective thermoplastic liner comprised of polypropylene resin reinforced with continuous bi-directional glass fibers to create high impact resistant panels. It resists rot, corrosion, and mildew and is not affected by cleaning related chemicals. Versitex VX Series wall panels provide significant energy absorption over traditional FRP panels and exhibit thermal expansion similar to aluminum. The bi-directional nature of Versitex provides consistent physical properties throughout the entire panel. Versitex is easily repaired by applying low heat.

Versitex® VX10

ECOTEX EX 180 is a reinforced sandwich constructed thermoplastic composite manufactured by laminating Versitex skins on to a chopped long fiber polypropylene and glass core. This low cost, 100% GREEN sheet offers excellent impact resistant and exhibits thermal expansion similar to aluminum. Ecotex panels provide significant energy absorption over traditional thermoset FRP and wood panels. It also resists rot, corrosion, and mildew and is not affected by cleaning related chemicals. Ecotex can easily be repaired by applying low heat.

Versitex® VR3 is a cost-effective thermoplastic composite backed by a thin sheet of fabric to helppromote adhesion of injected or poured foam systems. These high impact resistant panels are comprisedof polypropylene resin reinforced with continuous bi-directional glass fibers. Versitex resists rot, corrosion,mildew, and is not affected by cleaning-related chemicals. Versitex VR Series panels provide significantenergy absorption over traditional FRP panels and exhibit thermal expansion similar to aluminum.
