Citric Acid and its Citrates are white, crystalline products and available in different granulation types. UD Chemie GmbH L + tartaric acid is colorless crystal or white and crystalline granule. Tartaric acid and its tartrates are available in different granulations. They are used in many different applications like as acidity regulator in the food industry, as retarding agent in the preparation of gypsum in the building industry or as carrier in the pharmaceutical industry.
