UD Chemie GmbH DL-malic acid is a white, crystalline product produced by chemical synthesis of maleic acid. dl-Malic acid has a strong acidic taste and is available in different granulation types. It can be used as an acidulant or antioxidant for different applications in the food and beverage industry, the pharmaceutical industry and as technical additive in the textile and cleaning industry.

Dextrose monohydrate is a monosaccharide, produced by enzymatic hydrolysis of starch (available from different origins). It is a white crystalline powder having a sweet taste. Dextrose is used in food and pharmaceutical applications.

UD Chemie GmbH Tri-Potassium Citrate belongs to the group of organic acids produced by the fermentation of renewable carbohydrates. Citric Acid and its Citrates are white, crystalline products and available in different granulation types. They can be used as acidulants, antioxidants or as processing aids for different applications in the food and beverage industry, the pharmaceutical industry and for technical applications.

UD Chemie GmbH L + tartaric acid is colorless crystal or white and crystalline granule. Tartaric acid and its tartrates are available in different granulations. They are used in many different applications like as acidity regulator in the food industry, as retarding agent in the preparation of gypsum in the building industry or as carrier in the pharmaceutical industry.
