UBE Nylon is one of our flagship engineering plastics, and it has characteristics listed below. It is available in a wide range of high-quality grades to meet a wide variety of sophisticated customer needs in all sorts of applications.

UBE is the only manufacturer in Japan that produces Nylon 12 with integrated manufacturing from raw materials. This product is known by the name UBESTA. It is a unique material that combines the basic properties of nylon with the following characteristics.

Lower water absorption with excellent dimensional stability.
Excellent performance at low temperature.
Superior in impact resistance.
Excellent in process-ability, thus suitable for molding the parts designed with complex shape.
Superior weather resistance.
Excellent adherence properties with metals.

Ubesta

UBE Nylon 5034 B is a PA6/6.6 copolyamide, produced by continuous polymerization process. It is a high viscosity grade suitable for numerous applications. The grade can be used for cast film and blown film (air cooled)..

UBE NYLON 5034 FDX40 is a high viscosity, nucleated Polyamide 6/6.6 copolymer. The material is suitable for cast film and air-cooled blown film production. Typical application is for shrink bags and pouches.


UBE Nylon 5034 FDX40

UBE NYLON 5033 B is a basic, high viscosity Polyamide 6/6.6 grade without any additional modification suitable for a wide field of film and extrusion applications. The grade offers an excellent processability and outstanding properties.


UBE Nylon 5033 B

UBE NYLON 1030 B is a high viscosity, unmodified Polyamide 6 for general application (tubes, film, sheets).


UBE Nylon 1030 B

UBE NYLON 1024 JI is plasticized and impact modified, high viscosity Polyamide 6. It is most suitable for application in contact with fuel, such as for multilayer fuel lines.
