Based on DNA microarray analysis, in vitro and in vivo studies, results show TRIglyphix® Sense delivers superior soothing properties, while enhancing the expression of genes involved in barrier function, stress response and repair mechanisms. TRIglyphix® Sense was shown to modulate the expression of genes necessary for soothing, revitalizing and repairing sensitive skin. This includes genes involved in the inflammatory cascade, stress response, repair mechanisms and barrier function. TRIglyphix® Sense may help decrease the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines while also reducing the inflammatory response generated through the Interleukin 1 receptor.
