Slipcoat

Slipcoat TPV-12342W242-100D is a specialty TPV grade which has low friction resistance and is especially designed for slip-coating materials in weatherstrip applications. Key features – Designed for applications requiring excellent wear resistance, excellent weather resistance or part surface with low friction factor; Designed for excellent surface smoothness and flexibility as slip-coating material.

Slipcoat TPV-12342W242-100D

TPE Solutions TPV 160A is a thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE), that is based on PP/EPDM. It is designed to replace thermoset elastomers, such as EPDM or polychloroprene, and traditional thermoplastic TPVs/TPEs. TPV – 160A provides the performance of vulcanizated rubber with the advantage of low-cost thermoplastic processing. Excellent oil and chemical resistance with a maximum service temperature of 275°F. It is ozone, UV and water resistant as well. This grade is also considered polyolefin.

TPE Solutions TPV 160A

TPE Solutions TPV 135A is an EPDM/PP TPV compound designed to replace thermoset elastomers such as polychloroprene (Neoprene) and EPDM compounds as well as sponge. This grade is a Shore 35A fully vulcanized EPDM/PP TPV. This grade is black and designed for applications that require low hardness. Ideal for applications in the Automotive and Building Construction market that requires excellent ozone and uv resistance. TPV rubber provides the advantage of low-cost thermoplastic processing such as Injection Molding, Extrusion and blow molding.

SoftFlex 507A

SoftFlex 345A-BK is both an extrusion and injection molding grade Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) designed for soft touch applications requiring good weatherability and excellent chemical resistance. SoftFlex TPE is ideal for components such as connectors, seals, boots, flanges and grommets. It is easy to mold or extrude, exhibits low gloss and bonds very well to polypropylene.

SoftFlex 345A-BK

TPE Solutions TPV 155A is a thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE), that is based on PP/EPDM. It is designed to replace thermoset elastomers, such as EPDM or polychloroprene, and traditional thermoplastic TPVs/TPEs. TPV – 160A provides the performance of vulcanizated rubber with the advantage of low-cost thermoplastic processing. Excellent oil and chemical resistance with a maximum service temperature of 275°F.
