ThreeBond Europe SAS TB3302B is an electroconductive resin that has been developed for crystal oscillators and other electronic parts. It has a rubber-like state after curing and great flexibility.

ThreeBond Europe SAS TB3303M has been developed for bonding electrical and electronic parts, which require low outgas. A 2-component epoxy type electroconductive adhesive, it may be cured at room temperature, although curing at an elevated temperature reduces the amount of outgas further.

ThreeBond Europe SAS TB3301F is an electro conductive adhesive of single fluid, thermosetting type, characterized by quick hardening at elevated temperature. In contrast to solder, strong adhesion is provided for plastic, rubber and ceramic. Applicable to bonding of lead wire to electrodes.

ThreeBond Europe SAS TB1225B is a one-component silicone adhesive sealants for the bonding, fix-sealing, coating, and potting of electrical and electronic parts. Conventional de-alcohol silicone RTV rubbers have slow surface-curing and deep-curing properties, as well as unsatisfactory storage stability. The products in the 1220 series show remarkable improvements in all these properties. They dry and cure quickly at room temperature, they are resistant to corrosion, and they have excellent storage stability.

ThreeBond Europe SAS TB3001C is a one component solventless adhesive which can be cured by UV and visible light between 200 and 440 nm. TB3001C is particularly fitted to the adhesion and sealing of electrical and electronic components and provide as well an excellent mechanical and chemical resistance.

ThreeBond Europe SAS TB1537B is a non-solvent one-part moisture curing elastic adhesive, whose main component is a silyl-based special polymer that reacts with a trace amount of moisture in the air to cure. The adhesive meets UL94V-0 flammability standard (vertical burning test), it is suitable for securing parts around potential heat sources. Since it does not contain low-molecular cyclic siloxane, it will not cause electric contact faults.

ThreeBond Europe SAS TB1521 is a multi-purpose, high strength, fast setting chloroprene rubber adhesive. It is suitable for bonding a wide range of substrates including metals, rubbers and plastics, gives high initial bond strength and elasticity after setting. TB1521 is widely used as a contact adhesive in various applications such as bonding automotive sound insulating material, carpets, plastic and interior trim and decorative laminates.

ThreeBond Europe SAS TB1211 is a free flowing single-component, solvent free and non-acid RTV (room temperature vulcanizing) silicone liquid gasket. TB1211 is ideal for places where a long, faultless seal is absolutely critical. Recommended for sealing flange surfaces, screw sections and as a gasket dressing, to prevent oil, water, gasoline and chemical leaks. Long tack-free time and fully cured in 24 hours. Recommended for all automotive, motorcycle, watercraft, snowmobile and ATV engines.

ThreeBond Europe SAS TB3057B is designed so as to be cured in dual modes: UV and heat. The resin is cured by direct UV rays of wavelength 300 ~ 400 nm, while curing of resin which is not accessible to UV is accelerated by heating. The UV-cured surface permits the resin to keep its shape, preventing heated resin from flowing out. If necessary, strategic parts may be temporarily solidified to eliminate fittings jigs.

ThreeBond Europe SAS TB1530B is a highly thixotropic, single-component, solvent free elastic adhesive on the basis of a silyl-ended polymer which reacts rapidly upon exposure to moisture in the air and cures to form a toughened elastomer with time. Since there are no solvents or plastisizers contained in the adhesive it shows excellent non-staining characteristics against adherends when used as a sealant and is overpaintable. It provides excellent weather resistance, high adhesion strength to most substrates without the need for primer pre-treatment, and is environmentally friendly due to its low odor and non-isocyanate. In addition TB1530B can be used for sealing and potting applications for which conventional RTV rubbers have been used. However, as no low-molecular siloxanes are produced during curing it will not corrode metals or impair electrical contacts.

ThreeBond Europe SAS TB3081N is a UV-curing resin which excels in environmental and thixotropic properties and has been specially developed for Cured-in-Place CIP gasketting.

ThreeBond Europe SAS TB3373F is an anisotropically-conductive adhesive which is applied to a film substrate by screen printing and dried to form an interconnection film directly on the substrate. Since the adhesive can be used for connection in a pressure-bonding temperature range of 120°C to 160°C, the process with the adhesive can be controlled easily compared to those with heat-curing anisotropically-conductive adhesives. This product is a low halogen content material. The total chlorine content and total bromine content are less than 900 ppm each, and the sum of total chlorine content and total bromine content is less than 1500 ppm.

ThreeBond Europe SAS TB1533 is a multi-purpose, high strength elastic adhesive based on an MS polymer which reacts rapidly upon exposure to moisture in the air and cures to form a toughened elastomer with time. Containing no solvents, plastisizers, or isocyanates, the adhesive has excellent non-staining characteristics against substrates and is over-paintable. It provides excellent weather resistance, high adhesion strength to most substrates without the need for pre-treatment, and is user friendly due to its low odor. In addition to bonding TB1533 can be used for sealing and potting electrical components as no low-molecular siloxanes are produced during curing.

It is suitable for bonding a wide range of substrates including metals, rubbers and plastics, gives high initial bond strength and elasticity after setting. TB1521C is widely used in the automotive and allied industries where its viscosity makes it ideal for bonding weatherstrip rubber.
