Gillfab® 1167 and 1167A are excellent impact resistant laminates made from fiberglass cloth reinforced phenolic resin. Gillfab® 1167 has a white polyvinyl fluoride film overlay on the face side and Gillfab® 1167A does not.

Gillcore® HK is a Kelvar ® aramid fiber reinforced honeycomb which is coated with heat resistant phenolic resin. Kevlar ® honeycomb cores exhibit enhanced performance characteristics over Nomex® honeycomb core in the areas of weight, strength, stiffness and fatigue. Gillcore® HK provides a wide range of honeycomb types, including different cell sizes, cell geometries, paper thicknesses and densities, for commercial, military, aerospace and defense applications.

Gillfab® 1368 series laminates are a high strength, low FST grade liners constructed using a combination of woven E and/or S-glass cloth with a modified phenolic resin system and an optional 1 mil white Polyvinyl Fluoride (PVF) film overlay on the face and/or back side for surface reflectivity and uniform appearance.

Gillfab® 1042 is a heat resistant laminate made from phenolic resin with fiberglass cloth reinforcement with smooth bondable faces intended for both laminate and sandwich construction.

Gillcore® HD is a meta-aramid fiber reinforced honeycomb which is coated with heat resistant phenolic resin. Gillcore® HD provides a wide range of honeycomb types, including different cell sizes, cell geometries, paper thicknesses and densities, for commercial and aerospace defense applications.

Gilliner® 1366B and 1366E are high impact resistant grade liners constructed of woven E- and S-glass cloth with a polyester resin system to optimize strength, weight and cost. This product offers superior mechanical properties and higher strength-to-weight ratio compared to all E glass constructions. 1 mil. white polyvinyl fluoride film overlay on the face side is included for Gilliner® 1366E.

Gillfab® 1368B series laminates are a high strength, low FST grade liners constructed using woven S-glass cloth with a modified phenolic resin system and an optional 1 mil white Polyvinyl Fluoride (PVF) film overlay on the face and/or back side for surface reflectivity and uniform appearance.

Gillfab® 1100 is a rigid laminate made from fiberglass cloth reinforced polyester. Gillfab® 1100 has a layer of white polyvinyl fluoride film overlay.

Gillfab® 1369 series laminates are a high strength, low FST grade liners constructed using a combination of woven E and/or S-glass cloth with a modified phenolic resin system and an optional 1 mil white Polyvinyl Fluoride (PVF) film overlay on the face side for surface reflectivity and uniform appearance.

Gilliner® 1076D is a high wear resistant Grade liner constructed from woven E-glass Cloth with a polyester resin system introduced specifically for use in the B737 lower sidewall. This product features resin rich surfaces to address wear through over frame sections and attach points that are associated with repetitive bulk cargo loading.

Gilliner® 1566D is a high wear resistant liner constructed from woven E-glass Cloth with a modified vinyl ester resin system introduced specifically for use in the B737 lower sidewall. This product features resin rich surfaces to address wear through over frame sections and attach points that are associated with repetitive bulk cargo loading.

Gillfab® 1367B is a high strength, light-weight, low FST grade liner constructed from woven S-glass cloth with a modified phenolic resin system and a 1 ml white Tedlar® overlay on the face side. 1367M is the product designation when supplied in roll stock.

Gilliner® 1076C is general purpose Grade liner constructed from woven E-glass cloth with a polyester resin system. This product has good mechanical strength for use in the cargo compartment areas, bulkhead facings and blowout panels for commercial aircraft.

Gillfab® 1002 is a high temperature laminate made from phenolic resin with fiberglass cloth reinforcement.

Gilliner® 1566C is a general purpose liner constructed from woven E-glass cloth with a modified vinyl ester resin system. This product has good mechanical strength for use in the cargo compartment areas, bulkhead facings and blowout panels for commercial aircraft.

Gillfab® 1370 series laminates are a high strength, low FST grade liners constructed using a combination of woven E and/or S-glass cloth with a modified phenolic resin system and an optional 1 mil white Polyvinyl Fluoride (PVF) film overlay on the face side for surface reflectivity and uniform appearance.

Gillfab® 1368G series laminates are ultra-light weight, high strength, low FST grade liners constructed using S-glass cloth with a modified phenolic resin system and an optional 1 mil white Polyvinyl Fluoride (PVF) film overlay on the face side for surface reflectivity and uniform appearance. Gillfab® 1368G is an alternative to other Gillfab® 1368 series for aircraft cargo liners which maximizes weight savings.

Gilliner® 1066 is a general purpose laminate made from fiberglass cloth reinforced polyester resin. Gilliner® 1066 is available with a 1 mil white polyvinyl fluoride film overlay (Gilliner® 1066T) on the face side or with bondable surface panel facings (Gilliner® 1066S). Gilliner® 1066 comes in sheet or roll stock. Request Gilliner® 1066R for thicknesses under 0.060 inch (1.52 mm).

Gillfab® 1137 is a light weight and flexible liner made from nylon cloth reinforced nylon and epoxy resin.

Gillfab® 1368G series laminates are ultra-light weight, high strength, low FST grade liners constructed using S-glass cloth with a modified phenolic resin system and an optional 1 mil white Polyvinyl Fluoride (PVF) film overlay on the face side for surface reflectivity and uniform appearance. Gillfab® 1368G is an alternative to other Gillfab® 1368 series for aircraft cargo liners which maximizes weight savings.

Gillfab® 1367 is a high strength, low FST grade liner constructed using a combination of woven E and/or S-glass cloth with a modified phenolic resin system and a 1 ml white polyvinyl fluoride film overlay on the face side for surface reflectivity and uniform appearance

Gillfab® 1367A is a high strength, low FST grade liner constructed using a combination of woven E and/or S-glass cloth with a modified phenolic resin system and a 1 ml white Tedlar ® overlay on the face side for surface reflectivity and uniform appearance. 1367C is the designation supplied in roll stock.

Gillcore® HA is a commercial grade Nomex® aramid fiber reinforced honeycomb which is coated with heat resistant phenolic resin. Gillcore® HA is an economical alternative of Gillcore® HD for non-aerospace applications. A wide selection of HA honeycomb types, including different cell sizes, cell geometries, paper thicknesses and densities are available.

Gillfab® 1368 series laminates are a high strength, low FST grade liners constructed using a combination of woven E and/or S-glass cloth with a modified phenolic resin system and an optional 1 mil white Polyvinyl Fluoride (PVF) film overlay on the face and/or back side for surface reflectivity and uniform appearance.
