Ma Extract

Ma Extract is a species of yam that is used for food. The root has a very pleasant mild flavor with a floury texture and is commonly eaten a potato substitute. Active compounds in D. japonica are reported to exert various biological effects, including anti-rheumatic and anti-oxidant activities.
