Technobasalt® Fiber is a unique material that transfers the power of nature to new technologies!Basalt fiber is a piece of complex basalt fiber of fixed length. Depending on the customer’s requirements, basalt fiber can be supplied both in the form of crumbly monofilaments, and in the form of pieces of complex basalt fibers glued together.

Technobasalt® Basalt Rebar ANPB is a rod with continuous spiral ribbing, formed by winding it with a basalt yarn moistened with a high-strength polymer compound. It is a promising composite material with a wide range of applications in construction.Basalt rebar is resistant to corrosion and aggressive chemical compounds, is unusually light and durable. The research results showed that the durability of building structures with basalt reinforcement significantly exceeds the service life of similar structures made of other materials.

Technobasalt® Roving is a bundle of continuous unidirectional complex basalt fibers. Roving has high natural strength, resistance to aggressive environments, long service life and excellent electrical insulation properties. In terms of its technical characteristics, basalt roving surpasses S-glass and E-glass in many respects, and is not much inferior to carbon. Basalt roving is extremely heat-resistant: the temperature range for long-term use is from –260°C to +680°C. It can withstand temperatures up to 1000 °C for a short time.
