  • KEFI’DIGEST is a skimmed milk fermented by a yeast-bacteria symbiosis called : Kefir grain SR.
  • Kefir grain SR is a symbiotic ferment of lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus kefir, Lactobacillus lactis, Lactococcus sp, Leuconostocs), acetic bacteria (Acetobacter, Gluconobacter) and yeast fermenting lactose (Kluyveromyces marxianus) and not fermenting lactose (Saccharomyces unisporus, Saccharomyces cerevisae).
