ProFLEX

ProFlex by SWT Group is a water based highly flexible white reflective roof coating specially formulated to create a durable protective barrier against all types of weather conditions. In addition to providing blinding initial reflectance measurements of over 75%, ProFlex also provides excellent UV, impact and algae resistance while preventing crack propagation and granule loss in climates with large temperature swings. The viscosity, solids, and overall rheology of ProFlex have been optimized to be easily sprayed or roller applied over granular, built-up or modified bitumen roofing substrates. Superior substrate adhesion and a quick-dry formulation makes ProFlex from SWT Group an excellent choice for new or refurbished roofing systems.

Applications & Uses

Application Method: Roller,
Spray
Applications: This coating can be roller or spray applied using various application equipment including conventional, HVLP, airless or air-assist airless spray equipment. Make sure surface is clean, dry and free of loose or unbonded substrate. Stir thoroughly before use. Two coats for a total dry film thickness of 10 mil is recommended. Each gallon should cover 100-150 sq ft depending on granularity of substrate. Leave 3-4 hours between coats.
