Since 1984, we've specialized in producing great tasting, natural alternative sweeteners for retail and industry, with packaging and quantities that meet our customers' requirements. All of our fat-free, gluten-free, non-GMO and vegan sweeteners are made with only the highest quality USDA Organic or All-Natural ingredients. They contain no preservatives, refined sugars, artificial colors or artificial flavors.

We don't over-refine grains to the point where the identity of the plant itself has been removed, because we believe that there is a healthy value in retaining as much of the original color, proteins, residual oils, and micronutrients of the grains as possible. Our products are truly sweetened the way Mother Nature intended.

Organic Infant Safe

Organic Inulin is a natural prebiotic which helps to fortify intestinal flora. In addition, it promotes the development of beneficial bacteria for digestion. Organic Inulin is highly soluble in water and has a slightly sweet flavor. This makes it well suited for beverage and dairy application. Organic Inulin also emulates the mouth feel of fat and can be used to replace fat in products such as candy and ice cream.

28DE Brown Rice Syrup is a natural sweetener produced by steeping brown rice with natural enzyme preparations, which convert the mashed grain into a smooth flavored and pleasantly sweet liquid extract. The mash is then filtered to remove insolubles and the sweet extract is finally concentrated under vacuum to a rich, heavy syrup having a light amber color. This brown rice syrup has been specially processed to have a composition that is fairly low in simple saccharides and high in complex carbohydrates.

Organic Clarified 28DE Rice Syrup is a natural sweetener produced by the enzymatic conversion of polished organic rice, followed by filtration to remove insolubles and clarification to reduce color bodies. This brown rice syrup has been specially processed to have a composition that is fairly low in simple saccharides and high in complex carbohydrates.

Suzanne's Specialties Clarified 28DE Rice Syrup

Organic 10DE Rice Maltodextrin is produced from Non-GMO Rice, which has the added advantage of being naturally hypo-allergenic. Maltodextrins are water-soluble and contribute only a minimal amount of fat with good mouthfeel. In general use, the product serves as an effective carrier for sweeteners, gums, spices and seasonings. It is also commonly used as an effective bulking agent and to promote instant solubility.

NGP Wildflower Honey is the viscous, sweet liquid substance produced by honeybees from the nectar of flowers. The bees collect, transform and deposit the un-ripened honey into the honeycomb. This crude honey is subsequently extracted from the comb, heated to effect pasteurization, and filtered through a 150 micron or finer cloth.
