SCF’s SurPhase product line has been developed to address critical needs in a broad range of industries and applications. We are not limited by raw materials or production equipment, so our products utilize whatever chemicals and processes are required to solve a customer’s unique problem. In fact, most of the products that we sell are tailored to specific customer needs and often are made exclusively for a given customer/partner. SCF products encompass a wide spectrum of surfactants and polymers designed and built to deliver specific functionality to provide or enhance performance of a product or formulation. Our products provide value in a variety of applications including coating and sealants for fertilizers, odor control agents, cleaning products, asphalt roof coatings, and a number of other industrial specialty applications.

SurPhase

SurPhase CLEAN 122 is Water soluble nonionic rapid-wetting surfactant that is stable in acidic conditions. A low foaming surfactant suitable for clean-in-place formulations that require superior cleaning properties.

SurPhase GEL Feel and “cut” of an asphalt mastic or coating is critical to roofers. A product that is too thick – or too thin – can cause performance issues, as well as complaints and product returns. The SurPhase GEL line of patented, highly-efficient surfactants are designed to provide stable and consistent rheology in your asphalt cutback-clay systems.

SurPhase CLEAN 29 is Water soluble anionic dispersing agent and lubricant for hydrophobic materials, also used in scouring, bleaching and dyeing. A high foaming surfactant that is stable in hard water, acid and alkali conditions.

SurPhase CLEAN 113 is Water soluble anionic surfactant/hydrotrope that is stable in chlorine, alkaline and high electrolyte containing formulations. A low foaming surfactant and hydrotrope that can replace SXS in alkaline cleaners.

SurPhase CLEAN 32 is Water soluble anionic low foaming alkali stable surfactant suitable for industrial spray cleaners and automatic floor cleaners.

SurPhase CLEAN 125 is Water soluble amphoteric surfactant that is compatible with nonionic, anionic and cationic components in acidic, basic and built formulations. A high foaming, high detersive system that can be engineered to create microemulsions of d-Limonene, biodiesel, methyl-esters and other common cleaning solvents.

SurPhase CLEAN 419 is Water soluble anionic surfactant that is 100% active. A low foam material that is an effective oil in water emulsifier and can be used where rapid wetting is required in high temperature environments.
