Maltitaste® Maltitol is used for marshmallow, chocolate, ice cream, dietary product, cake, bakery product and biscuit,wafer, hard candy, chewing gum, cereal bar, halvah, jam, jam filling, dairy dessert, cream filling, spreadable chocolate, dried fruit, dried layers of fruit pulp and churchkhela.
Maltitol is also used for medical syrups.
