It functions as both a flame retardant and a smoke suppressant, making it an ideal choice for various applications. This additive is compatible with polymers like polyesters, polyolefins, and PVC. Its white powder form makes it easy to incorporate into different materials.

FireBlend® 11

Z-NOX® 20 functions as a hindered phenolic antioxidant for thermoplastic polymer processing. Its appearance ranges from white to grainy powder. Its role involves countering polymer degradation during long-term aging and preventing discoloration at high temperatures. The product's compatibility spans a wide range of polymers and is accompanied by low volatility.

Z-NOX® 20

Z-NOX® 3114 is an antioxidant formulated for plastics &amp; elastomers applications. Belonging to the chemical family of phenols, this product serves as a protective agent against oxidation processes. Compatible with polymers and resins such as acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polycarbonates (PC), polyethylenes (PE), and polypropylenes (PP), Z-NOX® 3114 offers the benefit of low color formation and low gas fade. This essential additive enhances material quality by preventing degradation and maintaining the appearance and properties of plastics and elastomers in various technological uses.

Z-NOX® 1076 is an antioxidant mainly utilized in the electrical and electronics market segment, particularly for wire and cable applications like jacketing and insulation. It falls under both polymer additives and elastomer additives categories, functioning as an antioxidant. This product is compatible with various polymers and resins including acrylics, ABS, polycarbonates, polyethylenes, polyoxymethylene, polypropylenes, polyurethanes, PVC, and polystyrenes.

Z-NOX® DLTDP is an effective product tailored for use in polyolefins and styrenic polymers. Notably, it avoids discoloration or staining while acting as a proficient antioxidant stabilizer. Its role includes safeguarding against thermal oxidative degradation, making it an essential addition to polyolefins and styrenic polymers to ensure stability and aging resistance.

Z-NOX® DLTDP

Z-NOX® B225 is a blend of Z-NOX® 20 and Z-NOX® 168, finds its role as an effective antioxidant in PE, PP, PC, and ABS resins. Its synergistic properties provide stability against heat and oxidative degradation, both during processing and in end applications. This makes it a valuable asset for polyolefin-based materials.

Z-NOX® B225

BroShield® 8408 is a flame retardant and plasticizer for plastics and elastomers, particularly PVC. This halogenated product offers good thermal stability and cost-effective performance. Its clear liquid form makes it easy to work with, especially in film applications. Certified under CERCLA, SARA 313, Clean Water Act (CWA), and California Proposition 65.

BroShield® 8408

PhosGard® CU is a highly active colorless to amber liquid phosphonate flame retardant, ideal for various applications. Especially suitable for treating textiles, it boasts high phosphorus content and compatibility with fabric types, notably polyesters.
