- Recommended Applications
This product imparts a tart flavor, which is a great addition to chip dips, bean dishes, chili, or stew. Apple Cider Vinegar Powder is wonderful when paired with chicken, steak, ribs, vegetables, meat sauces, or salad dressings. It can also be sprinkled with lime juice over potato chips or popcorn, as a new twist to your favorite snack.
- Suggested Application
Don’t use this dehydrated apple cider vinegar powder as a substitute for vinegar itself, instead use it as a souring agent - one with a fruity kick. We love to add this to dips and chili recipes. However, we also love to sprinkle it over roasted vegetables. Carrots cooked in butter and honey cuddle up to apple cider vinegar powder particularly well, as do roasted green beans with shallots. Bacon with a delicate dusting of this powder also sings a new song worth listening to.
- Basic Preparation
