Extreme Plus HG™ sheet are both high performance thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) structures. With a wide processing range, they are specifically engineered for easy, consistent and stable thermoforming. Extreme Plus HG is our high gloss sheet, while Extreme Plus LG offers the same performance properties with the option of a lower gloss finish. These tough, high impact TPO sheets provide excellent cold crack resistance and outstanding chemical resistance. A high or low gloss, molded-in-color surface can be achieved on many applications where harsh weather, chemicals, heavy vibration or heat stresses are factors.

Korad® High Gloss Black 55000 is used for High gloss black surfaces for exterior decorative applications. It is UV stable color & gloss

Korad® flat black acrylic film with highly weatherable pigments used to protect and extend the life of extruded sheet in interior and exterior applications. Korad® film is easily embossed and deep-draw thermoformed for custom applications and provides excellent color uniformity and retention throughout the life of the product.

Formalloy™ is a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) ideally suited for large part thermoforming applications that are subject to moving vibrations. Formalloy™ delivers a balanced range of properties designed for durability, impact strength, heat range and low thermal expansion. Formalloy™ is a weatherable UV-stable, sheet grade with superior color retention when compared to gelcoat fiberglass protective surfaces. Formalloy™ is available in both low- and high-gloss surface finishes.

Extreme™ Plus D is a high performance polyolefin sheet which has been enhanced with a decorative pattern. For those OEMs looking for design flexibility and a desire to differentiate their product with a camouflages, wood grains, marble, stone, graphite look, or custom solid colors Extreme™ Plus D is the most cost effective product in the marketplace for large part thermoforming applications. Extreme™ Plus D is a replacement option for painted surfaces or can act as an adhesion layer for painting TPO substrates.

The high specific gravity of this mass-loaded solution allows SoundX to absorb sound waves and prevent the transmission of sound. SoundX 100 Gray is a barium-free technology with self-extinguishing flame properties.

Floorlite™ D are automotive-approved, calendared, TPO sheet products developed and manufactured by Spartech Corporation for use in a wide range of transportation applications. They are our latest, commercial product versions and incorporate 25 years of experience and expertise in the NA automotive flooring markets. They combine a very low specific gravity polymer with mar resistant additives and offer a light-weight opportunity with superior toughness. Floorlite™ D are available in standard or custom colors and in a variety of textures, and sizes.
